And then maybe a jury will say he was so fearful but he didn’t realize it was a cop even though they had clear uniforms on. But speaking legally, there’s more than enough probable cause here. It’s just exasperating when people are so sure they have the answers when they don’t even know the basics of probable cause. Sorry.e

Sometimes I really hate this place. 🙏🏽🌎☄️
Phoenix PD hasn’t learned a thing. Not a thing. And what’s wrong with that judge?
Thank you for sticking with this story.
The fact he is disabled is irrelevant. The fact that the police violently attacked an innocent man for no cause (other than him being black) is what is important here.
@@peterb2272 your investigation determined it was because he was black?
Nah him being disabled and deaf is what’s gon win this case those are KEY FACTORS in this case don’t say it’s “irrelevant” BECAUSE ITS NOT that’s like saying it’s irrelevant bc he’s back ITS NOT both are relevant to the case especially his disability
he was swarmed by the 2 cops, had no clue what or why 2 pissed off cops attacked him - it would startle anybody if you got attacked like that
seems cops jobs these days is to escalate at all costs, do as much damage as possible, then charge with resisting arrest and assault on cops - that way they are covered, and since their actions are rarely if ever questioned, the victim has no recourse... it's VERY fortunate that more video proof is available, including the cops own camera's... they can't lie their way out of it or justify that use of force.
Not being able to hear what is coming not relevant you are as clueless as that judge.😅
I wouldn't say it's irrelevant. It's an aggravating factor for what I hope are criminal charges against these two thugs in blue.
News stations need to keep this story alive 🎉
The guy who falsely accused the black man was he arrested or charged with anything?
-See the Civil Rights Lawyer YT channel if you want to learn more about how Tyrone’s civil rights were violated explained by a real attorney,
-One cop beat Tyrone so hard, he broke his hand, if the charges stick, Tyrone will be responsible for this injury.
-It varies by state, but Arizona allows you to defend yourself against an illegal arrest. Tyrone was charged because he bit the cop who was using an illegal choke hold on him.
-Before he can sue, Tyrone must beat every charge, that’s why the system lead by the evil cops, piled on every charge they could make-up
-The cops knew the corrupt judge would back them up, that’s why one of them disrespected the court by wearing a baseball cap why he test-a-lied
they should be fired and put in jail for assault and violating his civil rights
Whether or not they received training to handle people with disabilities is irrevelant, they never gave the man a chance before attacking him
It takes zero training to understand that deaf people exist and that you must always expect to encounter one. Every child knows that. And it takes zero training to understand that a deaf person can't be blamed for not following shouted orders.
Oh.. they recognize disabilities... like poor Otto Zehm, murdered by sadistic psychopath "officers" because they were looking for someone with disabilities to attack.
You would think that after 10,000 years of evolution, we would've figured that out by now.
Why do they always do the training after they assault somebody, try doing the training before for a change
@@larryv4853This. Wtf is going on at the academy? Training doesn't seem to be it.
The mayor said a whole lot of NOTHING!!!! And why are they asking the cops about the victims hands? Did you watch the video!!!!
The Vice Mayor stood on business more than the mayor.
Why is it that no one’s addressing the fact that those two officers were called to arrest a white male not a black man no one addressed the fact that had they done their job effectively. No one would’ve gotten hurt.
Thank you ABC15 AZ. Please stay on this.
This was not a training issue. This was racism.
Maybe so in this case, but they are trained to be excessively violent. They are trained to escalate in every case. They are trained this way.
@@kenweed6919how so
@@kenweed6919Yep, they're told specifically to "deescalate by escalating."

No Qualified Immunity for police.
COPS: We investigated ourselves and found no doing doing.
Trump will give them more immunity.
No Qualified immunity or Internal affairs. All complaints and reports of officer crimes should be investigated by the state police and FBI!!
AMEN!!
How is it the judge found probable cause? WTF?
Dear Phoenix, sack the mayor and the entire board. That they would see this injustice and stay silent or issue ambiguous statements instead of taking a stand against wrong tells u the problem
The biggest outrage to this is how they let the white guy who was being trespassed for harassing customers essentially get away while they went to terrorize an innocent deaf black man.
All based on hearsay...no facts or witnesses...
Agreed. I’m sure there are plenty of things he could be charged with since he’s the reason why the cops went after Tyrone to begin with. The police are 100% responsible for their own actions but it was his lie that caused the police to go after him. Apparently cops don’t investigate anymore. They’ll listen to one side of the story and assume that person is being truthful.
Brutal criminality.
I need to know what probable cause that judge found. He's corrupt to the core
He is on the side of the cops, always.
👨⚖️ False. The very opposite is true. Respectfully, you obviously don’t understand what probable cause it is. The judges decision is not decide whether it’s a good arrest or a good prosecution or whether a jury should find him guilty or not. Probable cause is extremely low and it is absolutely there. This case has way more evidence than probable cause. It could be a different story if the guy had immediately swung his fist at the officer when he was grabbed and that was it. But this guy continue to fight the cops when it should have most likely been very obvious to him it was the cops. What's the probable cause? DeRP, CuZ THe CoP SaiD sO!! -The Judge
Probable cause? The original call was a complaint against a white man.
@@adcolt54 They said he resisted arrest. The cops blindsided him and gang beat him like brown-shirts after the disabled and Jews.
Isn't that disrespectful to wear a hat in court?
How psychopathic.
Yes
Imagine if that was a cop walking through a parking lot, and two random guys jumped out on him like that.
Imagine if that cop was on vacation in another state walking into a gas station and two guys pulled up and did that to him, and then after he tried to fight them off, they handcuffed him and whipped out their badges. I'd laugh my ass off.
At this point it would be self defense and be justified.
Prosecutor to jury: "It is clear the defendant injured the police officer's hand by striking his hand repeatedly with the back of his head while face down on the pavement."
Well if this goes to trial then there's a video that tells the whole story. Once he's found not guilty sue the crap out of them. I'm guessing there's no way for the cops to be brought up on charges. Smh
His head hurt the cops hand while he was beating the crap out of the deaf disabled guy. That is what you call cop logic its an entirely different world that they live in

The sad world we live in where law enforcement is a bunch of cowards. Wouldn't want them watching my back when I was overseas 🤬
If I was black and cop rushed at me for no reason, I would raise my hands to stop him attacking me.
A cover up? Clutch my pearls.
There can never be trust without accountability.
Thank you for bringing this to light
The video is pretty clear, there's no case for the police in any of this video, did the judge watch the video?
Video shows the officer getting out of his car and attacking the person with intent to do harm.
Goddamn I would raise my hands too if someone pulled up and rushed me like that
Even if it was a cop?
Being deaf and completely unaware of what was going on? Sure you would.
He was not blind and if you watch the entirety of the body camera. The cop told him to stop while he was in his car with the window down and the guy changed his path to walk away. If you were in the cops shoes you would jump out too to prevent the suspect from fleeing.

A car randomly pulling up in front of you doesn't make you guilty of anything. You have nothing, yet you just keep repeating the same stupid comment as if suddenly changes the law.
Changing direction doesn't automatically make him a suspect. A car pulling in front of you and not walking into it Is reactive. What a disgrace! Yet unfortunately, we are all completely unsurprised by this abusive behavior.
We investigated ourselves and found no wrong doing
But the cops wouldn’t charge when the video explains it all
So they jumped out the truck and immediately attacked him.

Seriously, Phoenix PD is about as transparent as a brick. But what about the legal system for the defendant? Is it ok for the Prosecutors & Judge Saccone to be lied to? Or did they KNOW about PD’s (no doubt sham) “internal investigation” & just didn’t care? So lying your way through the system is what the DA’s office & the Judge is all about? Where in hell is the DOJ when AZ sorely needs them?
The police Office of Accountability and Transparency found out about this FROM THE NEWS REPORT!!!!!!
The Phoenix cops are all liars and crooks.
Nick Saccone is not a judge. He's a Court Commissioner. And based on his performance here, he should never be a judge.
Corrupt judge, corrupt prosecutor, corrupt police department, corrupt police union. This is one of the most disgusting arrests I have ever seen. Absolutely terrible psychopaths being protected by corruption. Walking while black and handicapped is illegal in Arizona.
I know it is petty by what's left of civil society standards these days, but, wearing in baseball-cap with sunglasses propped on the visor seems a tad disrespectful.
What crime did he commit walking while black?
Only an arrogant jerk who thinks they are above the law wears a hat in court.
This news station needs to give props to the Civil Rights Lawyer for bringing this case to light.
Anyone else would've been told to remove the hat period and it to me shows the court supporting the cops no matter what they do 😢
The judge should have ordered the hat removed out of respect for the court. Shows how little respect the judge has for himself!
Aren't those glasses on his hat too lol ?
Thats because the judge and the cops are related or in bed with each other. Anyone else would get a warning then held for contempt. Should get the judges records.
He would have worn sheets but......
Doesn't matter if they had training for dealing with the impaired. They had no right to attack that man the way they did. Jumped out the car and charged at him, for no reason other than someone said that guy over there. No visible weapons, no threatening demeanor, only walking and moved to avoid a car that cut in front of him.
Why is it so hard for people who work government jobs to admit they were wrong?
accountability is very dangerous to police.....
Because people need to know about what youve done to be outraged. If noone even mentions it and you just stay quiet you have better chances than when demonstrating integrity.
Police union also protects them
What a crock of s#"t
This needs National coverage
Disbarred judge and take away the police certificate and charge.
Dude even if he didn't have any disabilities the cops pulled up hot, flew out of the car screaming, and attacked him, all in a matter of seconds
Yeah, most people, if they were on FaceTime and mind their own business, would've had a defensive response about being rushed by two strangers. That wasn't enough time to process that they were cops if you didn't see them coming. There is no justification for approaching someone like that unless there's a crime in progress.
What's crazy is the guy they were originally after got away free and they believed his story
We literally just watched the FULL investigation. It’s all on video, there’s nothing else to investigate.
He raised his hands because he was attacked from behind, just like any other human being. It's not surprising since he did nothing wrong to be scared and trying to defend himself...doubly so if he can't hear.
That they didn't disclose the internal investigation is a step back for their accountability for police.
People expect you to take a beating and lay there perfectly relaxed and calm.
My pos father was a sherriff's deputy, he'd beat me anytime my mother told him to or he had bad day. He would scream at me as he punched me over and over, not to cry, to "stop resisting" and telling me he could kill me and get away with it. He also loved using "my tone of voice" as a reason to beat me. And I've seen the same behavior and heard the same words from cops all my life. ACAB.
A natural instinctive reaction but the f*(ked justice system sided with corrupt power tripping POSes masquerading as Bona fide law enforcement
Phoenix PD doing bad stuff, who would have ever thought that. Not the police department
This is why there are so many miscarriages of justice. The eyes don't lie as we saw from the video. Yet, a judge ruled in favour of the prosecution. This innocent man spent 3 weeks in jail.....l
The mayor is just sad this came out... not that it happened. They tried to sweep it under the rug... until they couldn't.
When you fear integrity and accountability, you are NOT the good guys!!!
