The bottom line is that the system is broken when a lone defendant is challenged by three fully financed government entities (police, prosecutor, judge) in our adversarial judicial system that lawyers love to tout.

The judge in this hearing did absolutely NOTHING WRONG! Neither he nor the defense had known that thus arrest was being investigated by internal affairs bc the prosecutor intentionally withheld the exculpatory evidence from them both. The judge made his ruling based on what he was given, the arresting officer's testimony's. The video of the arrest was not shown to the court at this hearing. Had the prosecutor not violated the Constitution, the judge would have ruled in favor of the defense.

👨‍⚖️ False. The very opposite is true. Respectfully, you obviously don’t understand what probable cause it is. The judges decision is not decide whether it’s a good arrest or a good prosecution or whether a jury should find him guilty or not. Probable cause is extremely low and it is absolutely there. This case has way more evidence than probable cause. It could be a different story if the guy had immediately swung his fist at the officer when he was grabbed and that was it. But this guy continue to fight the cops when it should have most likely been very obvious to him it was the cops. And then maybe a jury will say he was so fearful but he didn’t realize it was a cop even though they had clear uniforms on. But speaking legally, there’s more than enough probable cause here. It’s just exasperating when people are so sure they have the answers when they don’t even know the basics of probable cause. Sorry.e

-One cop beat Tyrone so hard, he broke his hand, if the charges stick, Tyrone will be responsible for this injury.
-It varies by state, but Arizona allows you to defend yourself against an illegal arrest. Tyrone was charged because he bit the cop who was using an illegal choke hold on him.
-Before he can sue, Tyrone must beat every charge, that’s why the system lead by the evil cops, piled on every charge they could make-up

People expect you to take a beating and lay there perfectly relaxed and calm.
My pos father was a sherriff's deputy, he'd beat me anytime my mother told him to or he had bad day. He would scream at me as he punched me over and over, not to cry, to "stop resisting" and telling me he could kill me and get away with it. He also loved using "my tone of voice" as a reason to beat me. And I've seen the same behavior and heard the same words from cops all my life. ACAB.

A natural instinctive reaction but the f*(ked justice system sided with corrupt power tripping POSes masquerading as Bona fide law enforcement

This is why there are so many miscarriages of justice. The eyes don't lie as we saw from the video. Yet, a judge ruled in favour of the prosecution. This innocent man spent 3 weeks in jail.....l

The mayor is just sad this came out... not that it happened. They tried to sweep it under the rug... until they couldn't.

@@jean6453Let that sink in. Liars cheats and complete lack of integrity. Judge had chance to correct cop’s corrupt practices but sided with the tyrants. Whole justice system is messed up…top to bottom People in Phoenix must be so proud and secure that any interactions they have with law enforcement will be handled with fairness, professionalism and integrity. MacAlpin deserves million dollar lawsuit paid for by cops and local justice system but…. taxpayers will suffer yet again for the incompetence and power tripping
