I had taken NCLEX RN twice and failed. I was so scared and not confident about taking the exam for a third time. A friend told me about NCLEX Crusade International and I did the Free 7 day Step by Step program and OMG... from then on my Archer Scores and ATI Scores started to improve by a lot!!! I was originally scheduled to take my exam on July 29 (today), but since I was doing so good I moved it up to July 21 ... and I PASSED in 75 questions. Something about this man made everything click and I learned how to answer questions even if I wasn't familiar with the content. Don't get me wrong you still need to know content but he teaches you how to look at a question and not let it intimidate you. Please follow him and make a donation he is awesome!!
I didn’t know how and when to start studying for my NCLEX which was scheduled for Feb 3, decided to work as a Nurse’s Assistant to be familiarized with the hospital setting because I worked in Public Health in the Philippines. I saw this video, watched it… then I took a 5 day leave at work before the exam… subscribed to Uworld and tried to answer 145 questions with in that 5 days (57 percent average). Took my exam, I spent probably 1 min and 30 secs to analyze each question… and I reached 75, didn’t stop and I didn’t lose my focus, questions are getting harder and harder… I couldn’t even remember any of it, finished 145 questions, ended the survey question cuz I don’t wanna see it cuz I don’t wanna take the NCLEX again… waited for 48 hrs, didn’t try the pearson vue trick cuz it will make me more anxious! At work, I checked the result… Tadaaaaa I passed! This video is very helpful… Thank you very much NCLEX Crusade International!

3) Using a pain scale identify the level of pain. (Assess) - Why? The clt is "reporting" an increase of pain (Change of condition) we need to find out what "type" of pain the clt is having. Is it stabbing? burning? etc. - This is why I chose answer number (3) Thank you for teaching us the "System" - I totally had "no' system before finding you on RUclips!

In regard to question about diabetes comes to the emergency room with pale, diaphoretic and report dizziness, I have a lot of experience with diabetic patients, and as you said these symptoms are indicative of hypoglycemia but sometimes the patient with “Hyperglycemia” have these symptoms, Then the first thing is checking the blood sugar. As well as did practice questions from the nurselabs website which has a free qbank of practice questions for NCLEX. Hope this helps!

We need to "stop" the reaction immediately then apply O2 - ABC - This is Breathing per Maslows. 2. Obtain IV access (Does not make sense to me "large-bore.") 3. for the second question with hydromorphone, stop the medication immediately, inform the PHCP, and finally give an antidote (Naloxone)
