Nascar 's Rules are all over The Place , and same penalty is not equal ? How many Lawyers does Hendrick have ? Likely More than all other team owners But Together .

NASCAR rules, penalties and judgements have become a bowl of shit no one understands. This is what pisses us off as fans how it happens to some, not to all.

NASCAR Officiating has all but destroyed the sport. The stands half full should by now show our displeasure with officials dominating the sport. The drivers are the show not the officials.

Because, you weren't the only one who got wiped out, and also, considering how the race was, there was no way it would have ended without a few people getting spun out.

Bad drivers can't pass without dirty driving, then when they get the bumper, all of a sudden there's a difference. Send em to the rear. Hamlin said one year "You throw a rock, imma throw a concrete block back at you".

It’s almost as though nascar intentionally doesn’t penalize just to keep the wreck numbers up. Kind of seems they are curating an almost wwe style of personalities, rivalries and conflict.
Pretty embarrassing for nascar either way

It's funny coming back to this and seeing just how much worse it's gotten since then. With the Elliott Suspension, the war on Hendrick, and so much more it's clear Elton Sawyer needs to be gone. It's hard to take the results of this season serious anymore. This was the last thing Nascar needed after the controversy last season with Byron not getting a penalty, drivers with illegal cars being allowed their wins back and the Chastain wall ride at Martinsville.

The Clash wasn't a points race, Kyle. This isn't apples to apples. I would not want any points penalties issued during any exhibition race that aren't tied to an egregious safety violation.
