This is honestly a style what many of us late 20s/early 30s grew up with the predators specifically the absolute and powerswerve which from age 13-15 they were my favorites. The approach they did on the elite is pretty much the approach what a very modern era predator will be look while maintaining the classic shape. Do have difficulties trying to the FT but the non FT elite version is still amazing
I was lucky enough to snag a pair of the whiteout FT ver at retail, so I’m happy in that respect. I like how they feel out of the box, although I’m yet to wear them in pickup or a match. Gotta say, I’m excited for the direction Adidas is going with their silos across the board.
I like the rubber elements just where they are, keeps the touch nice and close on the outside of the foot when dribbling. Feels a bit like an old F50 but with a striking element.
Great review! I do have to say though, for me personally, I found the boots to be on the smaller side this time around. The 9 did fit me, but I felt my toes were just getting squeezed a bit at the front. So I ended up going with the 9.5. It also sucks that your heel separated so quickly. Hoping it doesn't happen to me. And how Craaaaazy what these resellers are doing with the tongue version. I am genuinely surprised with the reception it has received. I was willing to bet that the tongue version wasn't going to be as popular since that was an old school feature that I didn't think would have much appeal in 2024. To me, no other boot will match the fit/feel of the Predator Absolute, but I am overall happy with these Predator 24.
Awesome review. Shame you're having some issues with the boots, I've had no issues so far myself. Definitely should rant more about resellers!! Love the final rant as well!
Great review! Shame about the splitting at the heel. Hope that doesn’t happen on ever pair as I’ve been contemplating getting this pair for training sessions.
I’m just annoyed with the resell thing because I really want to where these boots so bad. But I can’t get a hold of them and there is people who aren’t even touching them reselling them for 400+ it sucks
Bro I just bought them in 42.5 and my friends told me that they're tts and I usually wear 42.5 in nike, adidas normal shoes and 44 in nike football shoes. Idk if it's ok. Can you help me with more detailed feel about them?
I didn't realize how bad the resellers were gonna get when I got a pair of the tongue version to try out in the orange colorway. They just never quite molded to my feet so I ended up returning them. I did like the padded touch though.
Great review as always, would’ve really liked to have seen that cut out rant at the beginning 😂 keep up the great work as always my dood! Also Black boots 🤮 Always white boots Always
They are selling due to nostalgia... the boot itself it's not revolutionary. It doesn't feel the same as the old school leather ones. Sucks they didn't start with leather when it's clearly superior to synthetic upper. Also the feel on them it's not worth $300 at all. Just nostalgia price because my adipure that are used up hit the ball better with their leather than these synthetic trash upper. I got the tonge elite version and don't rate them at all. Only positive is how light they are but shooting and crossing wise it feels like a regular naked boot nothing special.

Agreed, adidas has the potential to really give the consumer what they want

Very strange that you had to go a size up haha, and interesting choice with the absolute! Thanks for watching!
Ooh the blackout.

Blackout boots are king!!! 👑 🖤
Yep, it cost Adidas $20 dollars to make them, but they sell them at $250.

Good luck haha
Another banger Halt! Making me want a pair with my wide feet as well. Do you prefer the AG GX2 over these?
Hard call, but yes if we are talking about playing on turf!
Are you gonna review the laceless version?
Yessir! Just waiting for it to arrive, not next video, but the one after should be the laceless review!
@@haltsboots bet

It’s a pretty big problem

Only wore the GX 2 in AG
@@haltsboots I'm deciding between gx2 AG and predator elites and tossing over which one to buy :)) which did u prefer?
Would you recommend these for a pacey winger?
I would recommend any boot as long as it’s comfortable to you mate 👍🏻
