Make sure your Device has at least a 90hz refresh rate. You can set it in the settings. Also regularly delete the data of the app called: battery and performance. It's an app that switches the refresh rate based on what you're doing (RUclips, Gaming etc.). Just go to settings→manage apps→battery and performance (just type it in the search bar)→now at the bottom right click on: delete data→delete all data. Now just try it again. Hope it helps.

You need to get a device which supports 120hz refresh rate. Many android phones with 120hz are extremely affordable, but then they have other deficits
