Can you preheat the car without being connected to the charger? Can you preheat the car via the app, and can that be done without being connected via the charging cable to the charging box? Like... if I have parked somewhere, can you preheat it if I don't have access to a charging place?

Looking at mine it seems the fan is always on, one white block on scale.. is that how they are?
