You can see that Filip is wearing a watch on his right hand in both pictures. Usually this would mean that he is left hand dominant, but in this case, he grabs the person with his right hand. I wear my watch on my right hand as well, and I am also right hand dominant so I know this is a normal thing. I just thought it was interesting so I should mention it

DUDE!!!! i live just outside denver in the county next to gilpin, i met philip personally while he did Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. he was always super rude and a very very dirty fighter. he would do things like a hammer lock but then push your arm up past hyper extension and that can tear the labrum or rotator cuff or even give you a hillsachs bone deformity. and yes he did say he was a deputy and brag about excessive force to the public, hence why he was politely asked to not come back to the gym i go to.
I was raised to always be greatful for what is given to me thats why I have so many things from like 15 years ago I still cherrish to this day the only time I would ever sell something given to me is if I needed the money desperately. Im sorry you felt that kind of betrayal its sucks but all we can do is move forward and live life to the fullest. Love the content your doing a good job.

I understand how you feel. All your dedication and hard work for it to be tarnished. Idk what his situation was at the time. Might’ve been he needed money quick but for the fact to just not care enough to give you a heads up or just a “hey man, I need this money for it.” Would’ve gone along way. Hey Ed, I completely understand why you would be upset at Filip for betraying you like that, and I, personally, will never truly understand that specific kind of betrayal, but I want to say you can think of it like this, if it were not for Filip you would not have made the applications more in-depth to be able to find the people for the other episodes of setup makeover. Now, this does not excuse him for his childlike behavior in betraying you, but you can still see it as a positive thing.
I think you should have clauses in the competition which prevents people from selling the setups atleast for a certain time frame so that people who don't need or deserve the set up can't financially gain from your kindness.

Everything you do, you do from the kindness of your heart from as long as I was on your channel and expand to doing setup for yourself, then teaching us cable management, build PCs, buying the perfect parts for pc and peripherals for our own setups, etc. Your on top of top and I admire your ending because forgiving someone for doing their wrong is what God wants us to do. Selling the setup sounds like it hurt a good bit, bro. What he did with the setup really doesn’t matter in the long run. What does matter is being a good person, and I think you fulfill that quite well. If I were to approach it I would straight up tell people, “this is your setup. Do what you will with it. Play games, do work, stare at it, and if you feel someone else will enjoy it more then pass it on or sell it. I’m tossing you the reigns.” You won’t get let down that way and the content from it will continue to be a positive domino effect. Let every move you make in good heart be approached with the same head space it began.

I understand how you feel. All your dedication and hard work for it to be tarnished. Idk what his situation was at the time. Might’ve been he needed money quick but for the fact to just not care enough to give you a heads up or just a “hey man, I need this money for it.” Would’ve gone along way. But after this came out to light. You can definitely see what kind of person he really was. Just sad to see a man call himself a Christian, use his role of a protector to hurt.
i would like to adapt your concept of setup makeover in france but i couldn't do it even 1% as good as you do. i will probably give used condition setup, and demostrating how to find the best deals. so no lights, nothing useless.

Ed wasn’t the one who brought it up, he was notified of it and made a video on it because it’s his job. he wasn’t humiliating him, and you’re going off track, this video is about him being a messed up person generally, not Ed humiliating him. I wouldn't enter to win a setup because I'm poor. I know I'd have to sell it to help with rent, or get groceries...or at least some of it (I do need to upgrade my PC somehow, so might be what I'd keep). I just know how scummy it is to sell something like that, so I wouldn't even try to win it. I wouldn't want to put someone through that, no matter how much better off they are than I am, it's still such a scumbag move. You do this to help people, and to have someone just turn around and sell it, not because they need the money, but because they want the money..man..I'm sorry you had to deal with that, man. A County Sheriff is in charge of a County Sheriff's Office or Department, while a Deputy is pretty much what they call an Officer in the Sheriff's Office. A Sheriff is the equivalent of the Police Chief while the Deputy is the equivalent of a Police Officer (standard policeman).

Hey Ed, I completely understand why you would be upset at Filip for betraying you like that, and I, personally, will never truly understand that specific kind of betrayal, but I want to say you
can think of it like this, if it were not for Filip you would not have made the applications more in-depth to be able to find the people for the other episodes of setup makeover. Now, this
does not excuse him for his childlike behavior in betraying you, but you can still see it as a positive thing.
I think you should have clauses in the competition which prevents people from selling the setups atleast for a certain time frame so that people who don't need or deserve the set up can't financially gain from your kindness.
You may forgive him but he doesn't care at all since he didn't care from the beginning. I personally don't believe in karma but it's the best word describing this situation. You are great guy and I wish you only the best, Ed.
Hi Ed, I remember watching that eps one, and I remember the other video you posted about him selling your pc and I thought was an sob. Everything you do, you do from the kindness of your heart from as long as I was on your channel and expand to doing setup for yourself, then teaching us cable management, build PCs, buying the perfect parts for pc and peripherals for our own setups, etc. Your on top of top and I admire your ending because forgiving someone for doing their wrong is what God wants us to do. It's disheartening that despite our efforts to do right by others, show empathy, and love, we're still stuck in life's struggles without the stroke of luck. It's a sobering reality. Difference between Sheriff and Deputy: the Sheriff is the boss (comparable to a police chief) and all the officers that work for him are Sheriff’s Deputies or just Deputies for short
When u work for the county u are considered a deputy, there’s only one sheriff, people just say, “there’s goes a sheriff” cause county always has sheriff on the side of the car

Usually there is only one sheriff and all the persons that work under him are a deputy. Sometimes called a deputy sheriff depending on the state.

Selling the setup sounds like it hurt a good bit, bro. What he did with the setup really doesn’t matter in the long run. What does matter is being a good person, and I think you fulfill that quite well. If I were to approach it I would straight up tell people, “this is your setup. Do what you will with it. Play games, do work, stare at it, and if you feel someone else will enjoy it more then pass it on or sell it. I’m tossing you the reigns.” You won’t get let down that way and the content from it will continue to be a positive domino effect. Let every move you make in good heart be approached with the same head space it began.
