Honestly writing sir when I fed up and feel exhausted from everyday's hectic life even at times of my headache I take a moment and I watch random video clip on your channel. I really don't have any other option but to rely on Allah swt because I haven't achieved anything on my own (I haven't achieved anything yet) ...I must have to rely on Allah that is my last and only resort
Allah Subhanahu wa ta'ala is the best ally, the best companion, the best protector you could ever ask for. Keep relying on him, ask him to guide you, to open paths for you and to make things easy for you!
At the same time, do not just make duaas and wait, try step by step to reach what you want, be it studies, or getting a job, and then slowly but surely, your life will get better.

what's way worse is I've social anxiety disorder and it became so severe. My dad won't allow me to go to psychiatrist. This is the first time I can't even get out of my house. I'm experiencing fast heartbeats every day whenever I saw a person passing in my house. I don't have any courage talking at strangers anymore. I'm a person who mumbles and stutters a lot. I did those without being nervous, imagine if I'm talking to strangers, the more I'll stutter, shaking of hands and mumble = embarrassment. It sucks man

Let me share another perspective: you're caught up in your world being anxious and afraid of what others might think of you or that they will judge you, most people have the same worries. We all are caught up in the same fears. We share this anxiety. Take a deep breathe any time you start having a panic attack and remember this person is also a human like you. They have their fears, their anxieties, their problems yet you have no clue about them. Try to smile at them and know that no one knows that you're shaking in fear. It's inside of you. You're not in the spot light and the world won't end if something goes wrong. Practise deep breathing. Ask yourself what's the worst thing that could happen if you try to socialize with people? Talk to Allah openly when no one's around and ask him to take away this fear or help you overcome it. I wish you all the best!!!!

Many words in french or english come from arabic ; Allah is Al Barr means the SuPPort ,many words come from Barr like port in french or english ; a port , a support, sport, all that means solidity safety reliance.
