Oh man, when I wasn't smiling like a dummy all the way, it actually brought tears to my eyes at times. He made people so happy, and he was having a blast being there. His energy and his genuine kindness to people is just so refreshing. My first job was at this Mcdonalds store in Feasterville Pa. I was trained by the owner Mike T. It was fun and I learned many lessons and skills: self discipline, ethics, food science, and teamwork. I madefriends there too. This experiene was many years ago but I look back at it with fond memories.

I don’t think McDonald’s values anybody, including their consumer base, but there are other food service establishments that definitely reciprocate what the employee puts in. They’re becoming increasingly rare, but they still exist. As far as it being meaningful, while it’s not literal rocket science, people who love food service are the reason why every time we order food it doesn’t take an hour to get a plate of inedible slop.

My first job was at this Mcdonalds store in Feasterville Pa. I was trained by the owner Mike T. It was fun and I learned many lessons and skills: self discipline, ethics, food science, and teamwork. I madefriends there too. This experiene was many years ago but I look back at it with fond memories.

I don’t think McDonald’s values anybody, including their consumer base, but there are other food service establishments that definitely reciprocate what the employee puts in. They’re becoming increasingly rare, but they still exist. As far as it being meaningful, while it’s not literal rocket science, people who love food service are the reason why every time we order food it doesn’t take an hour to get a plate of inedible slop.
I guarantee that is not how this person works at all. this was theater, nobody drops fries that slowly, bad shake when hes showing how to do it, even considering using the timer when you've been doing this for more than 3 months let alone 8 years. I feel bad for him. you can work in alot of kitchens and learn so much more in that time, you can go to school in that time to prescribe people medications.
