  • A year after our first trip to Norway, we're back again, living in our camper on the road. And we fall in love, not only with the landscape, but also with the most gorgeous little cabin surrounded by wilderness. I tried to buy it, and spoiler, it definitely didn't go as planned!

      It was my first time there, even though I lived not too far, in Faslterbo, for 2 years! I enjoyed it, it was really nice to see the valley and be amongst the forest. We stop in Skane on our way north to Norway, and it always feels nostalgic to go back

    Your video is better than a professional documentary. Pepsi is everything that matters. You were there because you manifested it, even the amazing scenery exists because you 'thought' it. All the powers are yours. You are consciousness which means un-limitlessness, so don't let the limited mind in. Believe what you want with your entire being, so it can become the reality you want. Take special care, Maria from Cyprus

    In Norway rain is not bad weather. As we Norwegians say: det finnes ikke dårlig vær, bare dårlige klær. Translates to "there is no such thing as bad weather, just bad clothing"

    • @simplytarah
      @simplytarah  Год назад

      Absolutely! Usually I agree, it's just really hard to dry clothing, even rain gear, in a camper with very little space!

    What if you cross wildlife and your dog off leash? Or if you cross someone with a little dog? Or someone else running-trekking in a narrow way and your dog is without leash?

    • @simplytarah
      @simplytarah  Год назад +1

      My dog is trained with audio commands, and will not chase wildlife or other dogs. We run into other dogs frequently and have crossed the path of many bears, deer, foxes... Etc and we give Pepsi the audio commands to sit, stay or wait with us. He always listens and has never chased wildlife or other dogs in the past 13 years

    How does she afford all these cabins?

    • @simplytarah
      @simplytarah  9 месяцев назад +1

      What do you mean, all these cabins 😅 we only have one home that we own. The cabin we stayed at in Finland was the first one we've ever rented and it was only $1000 and was split between 6 people, so it was easily affordable. Otherwise, my hubby and I are staying in a cabin in Norway right now and it's only $1500 for an entire month, which is easy to save up for 🤷‍♀️ even the cabin we're looking to buy will be no more than 50,000 EUR. Cabins are very cheap to buy and rent in Scandinavia, you just have to look in the right places.

    Many countries boast breathtaking landscapes, and some even outdo Norway in mountains, lakes, and rivers. Yet, what makes Norway stand out is at the other extreme. No matter how remote you find yourself in the wild, you're never more than half a tank of gas away from civilization. This is what sets Norway apart - not quite urban, yet a far cry from caveman territory. This is how women experience freedom: when there's never more than an hour to an airport - ready to whisk you back to Mom when the call of "home" beckons.

    • @simplytarah
      @simplytarah  9 месяцев назад +1

      I absolutely agree. The accessibility for someone like myself who doesn't drive, it's second to none. I can get virtually anywhere with public transportation. Not sure I relate about the women comment 😅 Sounds a little outdated and sexist, but otherwise I agree about norway.

    • @Youtube_Stole_My_Handle_Too
      @Youtube_Stole_My_Handle_Too 9 месяцев назад

      @@simplytarah That is exactly how I wanted to be perceived. I am a staunch male chauvinist, and so should you be if you are serious about your love for freedom.

    • @simplytarah
      @simplytarah  9 месяцев назад +1

      @@RUclips_Stole_My_Handle_Too all right, I'll bite. How does denying women their right to be equal to men, give them more freedom? Please be specific, I'm very interested 😂

    • @Youtube_Stole_My_Handle_Too
      @Youtube_Stole_My_Handle_Too 9 месяцев назад +1

      @@simplytarah To subject yourselves to a man is to free yourselves from a considerable amount of responsibility, and exemption from responsibility is equivalent to freedom. Only this way a woman can be happy.

    • @simplytarah
      @simplytarah  9 месяцев назад +2

      @@RUclips_Stole_My_Handle_Too this argument is flawed in many ways. Firstly, exemption from responsibility does not equate to freedom for everyone. If that were the case, people in prison would have the most freedom, as they have virtually all responsibility taken off their shoulders. Also, are you assuming that all women are straight? What's any LGBTQ+ woman to do?
      Regardless, plenty of women are single and able to have the level of freedom they desire. Being with a man has little to nothing to do with freedom.
      Also, can we clarify what "subject" means? Because if you're idolizing a time in society where women didn't have rights, they also didn't have any freedom. They were expected to clean the house, do laundry, take care of the children, have food ready at specific times, clean the dishes and essentially anticipate their husband's every need. Their routines were downright exhausting, and I don't think anyone would have called that freedom, yet they subjected themselves to men.
      I love my husband because he's a wonderful person and we fit well together, but our relationship is equal. If I had to "subject" myself to him or anyone else, you best bet I wouldn't have a husband.
