I came here hoping to see this comment. Good luck to whoever the unlucky soul is that gets to come in afterward and clean this up. I was good with writing copy but the code part of the video made me cringe.
Maintenance: There are plenty of things people can do to make their site messy, and people with common sense won’t use this for things they can do natively in Elementor’s editor. If you’re comfortable with Elementor, you’ll know where to find the custom HTML.
Updates: Can you give me an example of what might break? HTML and CSS don’t really update.

My concern is that search engines do not like AI generated content, meaning doing this will have a negative impact on SEO. Is there a solution?
Hi Razor, we like to use AI to generate copy for inspiration and then modify it to suit our own style and voice.

@@commonsense955I’ll answer it for you since elementor won’t. The spaghetti code it generates is absolutely not SEO friendly. This is merely a continuation of the problems with too many plugins causing inefficient page load, which makes your load times and bounce rates go through the roof. No amount of keyword stuffing can save you from this.

Looks interesting but will the text generated be penalised by Google? What good is the text the AI generates if it's not SEO friendly? (and we know that Google will penalise AI-generated text). I would much rather see Elementor cut out all this bloat and make the pages load much faster and make updating process itself more reliable. There are plenty of AI solutions coming online. I don't need it in Elementor. I WANT FAST PAGES!!!! I want the endless Elementor and Pro plugin updates to not break my websites (Kadence NEVER breaks on updating for me). The Elementor folks really need to reorganise their priorities away from flashy gimmicks to building a more solid high-performance core.
I was thinking the same thing. It's nice that it can change your words around, but I think this would be more useful to personal blogs than corporate websites.

At a time when the real debate is whether page builders can compete with Gutenberg on speed and tend to slow down sites, we're adding AI so that the code is even more bloated?? Is this AI just for the sake of AI, where is the real need? Also something tells me Google will penalized websites with AI content whether it's done by an app like Jasper or if the AI is being generated by the website itself. Who thinks Google won't be able to detect this and that it won't penalize it? Great if restricted to CSS and just code, but AI for content seems very risky.

You'll be relieved to learn that the new AI capabilities of Elementor have no impact on your website whatsoever. The feature is only triggered inside the Editor, and only if you click to use it. Even then, it won't activate or use any kind of connection until you agree with the terms and activate it. As any modern PHP software, Elementor is built using the latest practices in Object Oriented Programming. *This means any component is only used and loaded when necessary.* You can rest assured that there is no bloat, especially for your visitors, when visiting an Elementor website that uses AI.

@@Elementor Guys that's reassuring to hear as a long-time and big Elementor fan -- but on the Google front, my issue is, above-referenced Google position on ai content (which I'm very familiar with), notwithstanding, I simply don't trust Google to not renege or change their position. Possibly 180 degrees, leading to millions of sites getting B!tc% slapped down off of page one, at Google's whim, for whatever reason we can't yet predict. Keeping my fingers crossed but not fully jumping onto the AI bandwagon, rather hedge my bets.

Will the section style remain the same or will it only be the container style? Or will both styles always be available?
Hi Brunocalvelhe, if you're referring to switching over from sections to containers, once you activate containers, all your existing sections will remain as sections. You will not be able to drag in new sections, however.

Maybe you should use Chapgt4 to make Elementor competitive instead of giving us the chance to mess around with chatgpt 3.5 which is crap to work around the flaws and lack of features in Elementor. I was actually hoping to see new features which are pretty basic for 2023 implemented in elementor so that we can have something that gets a bit close to what people can do in webflow but so far its a huge disappointment. Do you think people are gonna pay extra for this when they can use it for free and get webflow for a similar price?

Ha ha ha.... it's unlikely they would use their resources on something like that. They seem to be preoccupied with self-sabotage, constantly shooting themselves in the foot. They require all the ammunition they can get for that purpose. Nothing left over for Shopify, Squarespace, Wix, et al.

It appears that the product you're launching is incomplete and lacks an image creator, yet you're still pushing us to use it with an unappealing pink user interface. On top of that, you're now introducing popup ads in the Elementor builder. It's puzzling why you continue to aggravate your customers. It seems like you're mistaking us for your employees.

On the one hand it simplifies the work, but on the other hand copywriters, marketers, SEOs, and developers (who make edits) will lose a big piece of the pie in terms of earnings 🥲
Just wait till elementor introduces building the website just with prompt... Build me a hero section that's looking cool...3.2.1 boom go the developers.
Or they can use this tool to add more gigs at one time and/or improve their work.
AI needs a context pre-filled not just auto word salads because that I letter is actually the real value not just the A for the laziest group
@@hastwper6682 Uh, Elementor already does that. Being able to generate it from a prompt literally makes no difference at all except saving the person a couple clicks. This has negligible impact on developers because the type of people using Elementor aren't the type of people that hire developers in the first place.
That's the question on everyone's mind. But on a brighter note, I don't truly believe that. Elementor - and Wordpress (or Wix...) for that matter, already changed the market decades ago. Developers are still here (and so is everyone else) - instead of taking the job from developers (what surely was the though when CRM's and Builders came along, it simply gave a HUGE boost to the number of websites online. Big firms and medium enterprises still require developers etc. I see this (not only with code, but with design, copywriter etc) going on a different direction. As a designer i see the technology of automatization (let's not call it Ai yet for God's sake...) doing the obvious tasks and saving the "craftier" one's for the designers, coders, copywriters etc. Yes, the client can type "create brand for clothing shop" and get a decent - albeit VERY obvious - logo result. Now, getting a "design of a symbol that represents the subjective values of the brand, visually appealing for its targeted audience, atemporal etc etc etc" and bring on the table references from the personal stories of the brand's founders, reflect with a specific typography attributes such as coarseness, joy, trust...well, that's a complete different task. Yes, the client could do a huge research and input everything into the prompt together with videos, images, phrases, quotes, sketches, books, feelings, dreams, personal experiences, travels, cultural references, family history, nostalgic memories etc (i assume this "ai" could receive all this input) BUT: if any CEO wanted to go over this trouble to get a logo, they could already be doing that. Design, Poetry, Art, Literature, Architecture etc exists not because clients or patrons can't do something themselves (well, sometimes they don't...) but mostly because they either don't know how, or simply don't wan't to. In the age when everything become "Ai" generated (even in a GPT-45 era), human content will still matter, not because it is state of the art, but because it is imperfect, personal and human. Will there be companies relying solely on generic content and obvious results? There will be. Will they make lot's of money from this? Probably. Will people have to change jobs or specialize in their areas? Surely. It won't be the end of anything, just a change (for good or for bad - probably for bad...isn't it always like this?) of the way things are.
