    BC is a good guy I’m praying for you BC I hated seeing you get out of jail a few months ago so healthy and happy clean n sober and then seeing you in the same old bad state like one day later I’m praying for you man

    Bro, as an interviewer, you're not listening to the subject. He told you twice he was 33 years old. Slow it down and focus on what the person is saying.

      @@thenewblues509 I hear you, wasn't pointing it out necessarily as a mistake but a learning experience. My job requires me to interview people 24/7. If you slow everything down and listen and guide your interviews by their responses they'll come out better.

      One of the things I do first before every interview is share something thats intensely personal to me to show the subject that i'm completely open and honest. It helps breaking down that intial barrier and forms trust from the jump. It goes a long way in getting more honest answers.
