If you have not been to the rock shelters of Seminole Canyon in Comstock Texas, I hope you go sometime. The 4000 year old pictographs there are amazing and some of the symbols and styles remind me of forms from other places around the world. particularly interesting to me are the waves with line running through the center on some of the paintings.
I am also awaiting part 2 of your Seshat work, I really enjoyed part 1. Thank you for your passion and great work.

I grew up there. It’s like there is nothing and yet we have the LaBrea Tar Pits, the oldest dated site of man on North America.

Awesome, looks like you’re going to have to go on a dig now in the most likely place and find what’s been waiting for you. :)

It's the hidden gens like this that make all the tedious hours of researching obscure accounts and ancient texts, for proof, of what you know in your heart to be truth! The countless, lighthearted, yet ever mocking comments, from good friends, who never mean any harm, as you apologize for breaching the subject, in regards, to such things. Yep! Worth it all! I truly wish, I possessed the means to travel abroad as all of you do! To see, first hand, the magic and the magnificence of it all! But, in the end, if I'm destined to remain the ever average armchair archaeologist...well little gems like this might just make that worth it too!
