Could you increase the contrast of the call out "speech boxes" for each step in the GT? Even a solid color outline would be helpful. In almost all SN Themes, you can't really see the arrows pointing to the element being explained.

London release & onward Guided Tours are supported in Service Portal.

What do you mean by Service request? Service Portal or request form on portal?
Terrible! Some good information but the presenter is all over the place. He himself keeps stumbling on things he doesn't know the answer to. "For some reason... this happens." "I'm not sure, but I think this works this way." "Not sure what I did here." "Oh wow! Look at that. I didn't know that would work." "Let's test this and see if it works."
Not to mention that cursor is ALL over the place! Makes it tough to follow along, especially if you're ADD to start with.
