Amid the sadness and anger of the past several weeks, it was comforting to hear Mo Brings Plenty’s speech at the Western Heritage Awards:
"Love one another. Protect each other. Remember, it is not a moment that we're judged by; it is the life and how we leave others and how we care for each other.
I dedicate this award to my nephew Cole Brings Plenty. He was my mini-me, and I still love him, but he was my smile too.”

As a German wife, who married into Lakota family, learned their ways, I respect theses beautiful people very much! Mo brings Plenty has an outstanding man. My condolences for his Nephew Cole! Such a loss!
