my entire life, i smoked and hardly ate and weighed 144, from age 13 to 48, when i quit smoking. i never exercised n liked bein skinny, rocker boy look, now, after quitting cigs, i don't eat n still just gain weight, i'm 5' 10" n now 211!!! i have broken toes and pinched nerves in my neck , i wish i could just get rid of stomach, i gatta try these , i kno i definitely need help/help myself ...
