thanks so much LTK - this is a great knife & perfect for shorts in the summer. I cant thank you enough for all you do for us blade junkies - your the best brother.
Wow! A sophisticated design that would look really nice in my hand. I have NO problem with modern handle materials, but I am a sucker for well-executed wood designs (I have another hobby spouses typically dislike: guitars, but I am free of a spouse so that is no longer of concern.). Great find, excellent review, LTK. This could almost be a 'holy grail' knife, just based on what I am seeing on your video and how you are describing it. I am in awe...
Italians are usually happy to sacrifice functionality for style! If you're a lefty it works the same. The only things that are different on a knife is the clip if you want to carry left, and sometimes the thumb stud if it's not symmetric. The biggest deal is a knife with a lockbar. Because where we put our thumb to grip is often right on the lockbar. Then we need to pull instead of push with our thumbs when releasing the blade (liner or lockbar). The most ambidextrous knives are Spyderco and Benchmade types with axis or back locks.
LTK- Those boys in western New York sure turn you on to some nice blades :-) I really like this knife for gentleman's carry. Beautiful design. I think I'd put this right in my pocket. It seems incongruous to wear a gentleman's carry on your belt so maybe I'd do away with the belt snap. I agree that deployment with this knife isn't a primary measure. That being said, to paraphrase Birdshot IV, "sorry righties".
Great ergos, cuts amazing, beautiful... Such a great design knife Love it!

I really like button locks for being ambidextrous and for the ability to deploy three ways.
Now that's a good looking knife!!

Daniel P I haven't asked specifically about that model, but have asked him about possible steel upgrades on all his models.
