I miss this era so tough…reminds me of my grandmother’s…Sunday mornings…drives to church….oxtails, collards, hot water cornbread & peach cobbler on the stove..my childhood.
I cry when I hear this song thinking about those times. The simplicity of life & my family was all I knew at 10 years old when this was released…most of my family from back then are now gone…makes me sad…but thankful for the beautiful memories.
