It may feel strange trying to fit little Mama Jill in to big Mama Jill's shoes. Trisha said nothing bad or offensive at all. Have you gotten in to therapy to deal with any issues that may have arisen from the shock of such a drastic weight loss?

She admits Moses does 90% of the caretaking of the babies, never gets up in the middle of the night, they watch all her shows, does everything she wants…. Moses has no job, no hobbies, no life, no identity anymore. What does that mean? She hasn’t changed
