    Hi from central Otago southern New Zealand 👋👍 you guys have such a great relationship with your neighbors, fantastic to see you all working together and its great to see you all teaching those boys practical life skills 👍 too many people are disconnected from thier food and it's important to remember a living animal gave its life to provide that food. Tremendous stuff 👍 God bless you for Easter

      Yes we are very blessed with great friends and family! People naturally recoil from the harsh realities of life, therefore they become very weak and vulnerable…….. while considering themselves superior!😂😂😂

    Man I'm hungry now.... So I see you and the neighbors do alot of processing together now days. I assume you all share the wealth since they have the walk in and other equipment..
    I point this out because this is how I grew up! It took a village and those who could help or provide something different we all ate shares of the bounties, including hunting and fishing..
    Strong values when you live that way. My hats off to you sir!

    All that processing equipment is like having a racecar in the garage. You may not drive it everyday , but when you do it sure makes getting someplace there in a hurry.

    Very enjoyable video McGie. Your neighbor and his wife seem to really enjoy projects like this. Caleb and Grace are so hands on too. I watch the Bearded Butchers and you seem to be as talented as they are. This is definitely not your first rodeo 😃 it's going to be some good eating this summer, enjoy the fruits of your labor 👍

    Gil Favor, Rowdy Yates, Ben Cartwright, Heath and Nick Barkley would all approve. It is a point of honor to be so hugely self sufficient and what you deal in makes far better sense than the bogus "textured soy protein" pushed like narcotics to the public! What a great processing and storage facility yall have!!

      @@McGieHomesteadAdventures If they ever succeed in getting real meat protein out of Kroger, Target, Wal Mart, Safeway, Piggly Wiggly other natural meat only stores will spring up, with tons of public support. If you have some spare change, I advise to consider putting into silver. Its outside the banking system, cannot ever become worthless, and there is a monster shortage brewing since it has been under price suppression by the English for 452 years! Old silver coins stopped production as of 1965!

    Good morning!
    I would love to have all that equipment. I do have a commercial meat grinder. It will eat a 100 pounds in 10 minutes. The bandsaw I have isn't that good. It is small and underpowered.
    I really like your neighbors big vacuum sealer.

    I can relate being how dad was a butcher and granddad was a butcher it seems when I do wild game it just seems to come natural I hope you save some of that big fat mix with your pork next time you make sausage 👌😉🐝

    Question of the morning... Back in the 60s I started making carp and catfish bait. Iverson high school and I love to catch all of them. Texas Best Bait ~ was born~ 1969....Can I send you some, to try out.
    Catfish, Carp, Buffalo and all types of Bluegill like it...Great near cutting video

    You gave that bull way to much grain - you shouldve grass fed him more - as he would've had much leaner meat and not so much fat - grain finishing is defintely NOT the way.
