Here in Canada everyone is allowed to grow their own up to 4 female plants. Allowed to have 1 pound (aprox. half kilo) in possession at home and legal to have 28 grams possession in public as well legal to smoke it in public.
Because they are cheap for commercial purposes and they don't care about electricity consumption as they are often stealing it. LED is good but too pricey for these commercial setups. Nothing beats the sun though. My gals in Spain are always huge chonkers.

Exactly, as a young teen this is exactly how I ended up using class As from the age of 11 till 24. This never would of happened if cannabis was legal and out of the hands of criminals and the black market. It was easier for me to get cannabis AND class A's as an 11 year old, than it was for me to get alcohol or ciggies...
