Flex Packer RP-100 HV | Horizontal and Vertical Case Packing | RADPAK

RADPAK RP-100 HV combination horizontal and vertical servo case packing system. The RP-100 HV packs cases horizontally on one side of the packer and vertically packs cases on the other side. Pouches are delivered single file, gusset leading, to the packer. Pre-erected cases are also delivered to the packer. The pouches are indexed, counted grouped, and loaded into the RSC case - either horizontally or vertically, as selected on the HMI. The pouches packed with a vertical orientation are packed, so the face of the pouch is aligned with the length of the case. Horizontally packed cases have an option to rotate alternate layers 180 degrees. Horizontally and Vertically packed pouches may be shingled (overlapped) to minimize corrugated use. The packer operates in only one mode at a time - either horizontal or vertical packing.
