I dunno if this will helps if ya want but a nice low spoon/energy nom I like to do is put rice in a microwave safe thingie with water, spices and toss in veggies and/or proteins that are precooked and let them steam together. Works in a rice cooker too but, I don't have one xD A super simple breakfast I like is mixing scrambled eggs, rice, a little black beans, garlic powder, onions of some kind, small soy sauce and then top with some chives. Could dash the soy sauce and have salsa or shredded cheese if ya miss that cheeto taste xD (it sounds weird but it pretty good tbh)
