    Adriano, you mention that QQQY wouldn't be appropriate for living off the income and better to reinvest dividends. Personally, I use the income to live off of. Can you elaborate or point to a video where you talk about which ETFs are better for living off the dividends?

    Purchasing a stock may seem straightforward, but selecting the correct stock without a proven strategy can be exceedingly challenging. I've been working on expanding my $210K portfolio for a while, and my primary obstacle is the lack of clear entry and exit strategies. Any advice on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

      Even with the right strategies and appropriate assets, investment returns can differ among investors. Recognizing the vital role of experience in investment success is crucial. Personally, I understood this significance and sought guidance from a market analyst, significantly growing my account to nearly a million. Strategically withdrawing profits just before the market correction, I'm now seizing buying opportunities once again.

    Thank you Adrian. But it shows what you do not know what is happening in the underlying and have been playing it safe with your choices. You should watch Retire on Dividends who shows what is happening in the underlying for the 4 big Yieldmax funds. Even Jay pops in to see RoD's opinions on what they are doing. Yes THAT JAY. When you understand what is happening in the underlying then you can better choice what funds to follow. And depending on what you want. I know people want a mix of investing and some extracted for income. Alot of these funds are too low yield for that kind of investing.

    • @TonyCox1351
      @TonyCox1351 6 месяцев назад +1

      Not to take anything away from ROD, but he’s a RUclipsr and Jay literally runs an investment firm and has brought multiple ETFs to msrket. He basically said he doesn’t personally watch ROD’s channel and he agreed to an interview he wasn’t asking his opinion

    • @vicmiklausic5415
      @vicmiklausic5415 6 месяцев назад +2

      @@TonyCox1351 Did you not hear what Jay said in his interview? He said he peeks in to his videos and see the opinions of RoD and goes back to his team to see if they made the right call. He looks at what RoD presents on his spreadsheets. He doesn't say if they are right or wrong but when Jay says he "peeks" to see what RoD says then you know the guy is doing the math somewhat correct. That is a sign of respect from Jay to a RUclipsr.BTW Adrian is a RUclipsr too. So is Gen Z Investing. Does Jay peek in to see what Adrian and Gen Z Investor are saying? No. Jay stated he runs the shop but RoD's interview almost sounded like a job interview with Jay. It got technical.

    What is the point in investing in any dividend ETF?
    Show me one dividend ETF that delivered a higher overall return over the last five years than either the spy or the QQQ?
    There is none.

    • @vicmiklausic5415
      @vicmiklausic5415 6 месяцев назад +1

      Most of these funds are less than a year old. So your statement is not accurate. For a 5 year timeline you would need to go to spilt shares or regular shares. And they only went up due to low credit conditions and share buybacks from the underlying. Not due to fundamentals, technicals or mechanicals. Simply emotion. Hence why the media and all investors are begging for a rate cut. They know nothing of a normal economy and only that of ZIRP or NIRP conditions which created this inflation we are living with. To fix this we need a crash, of least 50%. Which will not happen during elections.

    • @piethermanus8777
      @piethermanus8777 6 месяцев назад

      @@vicmiklausic5415 the facts will not change in one year. If you have a big market draw down for a year, maybe it will hold up. But overtime, and time is anything less than three years you will always lose with any dividend ETF. End of story.
