Hi, Actually I’m referring to the motherboard @ 2:31 min. Currently I only got 1 lvl 5 motherboard after reaching Player rank 60 hahahaha. I also haven’t finished the game fully. Just finished chapter 10 and a whole bunch of side quests pop up so I’m clearing those first.
If it’s just a single red circuit you can’t just remove it, you’d have to swap it for another one (if the hat you’re referring to?)

I just checked the past achievements list, it was unlocked by collecting Iconic parts of the Gaudia Mech
