Around 2015, I started watching basketball which I had almost no interest in, and I’ve followed it for the last 9 years BECAUSE of Steph Curry. I learned alot about the history, greatest players, teams, etc Getting to the time when his retirement is in conversation is tough honestly. One of the greatest to ever step on the court and the NBA will be hollow and cold for awhile when he’s gone. Would hope his number is retired, just as 23 shouldve been.

Been a hardcore basketball and warriors fan since 2009 and have confidence in our young guys but will definitely be different to and not the same to watch my team without Steph but realize how spoiled I’ve been the last decade and ready for whatever comes after.

Players from the losing team should get votes deducted in next year’s all star voting. That’s one way to keep the game competitive. Players seem to consider it a high honor to be an all star so the risk of not getting selected because of getting less votes (due to deductions) should make them be more competitive to win the all star game.
