Astero lets you fit enough armor tank to tank explosion of covert data sites. I'm frequently getting over 250mil from one such site. Can't imagine myself ever using AB in explo ship. Higher tier sites have huge distance between cans. You'd need to make perch over 150 km away and warp to each can. Without MWD you'll die in a bubble. Otherwise you can hit cloak and 1 cycle of mwd, which usually is enough to burn back to gate or get out from bubble. AB is a sure death. Keep in mind that you need 105 probe strength to be able to scan down Superior sleeper cache. Got over 400m just from first 2 room once, which can be done in any ship with a repper. o7
hey I went with a interdiction nullify 1 instead of salvage, its come in handy when I drop out of thera and find myself in a worm hole that ends deep in null sec . so far I ve had to use it twice . you may also find that using a "halcyon" warp core stabilizer is an easier fit. using one let me grab a mwd which, when combined with the stab and nullify 1 is pretty nice protection from assorted bubbles. using the two tier 1 mods is what makes the power grid work edits: dyslexia , the spell checker has much hate for me .

Nice fit, I was able to get everything including the ship in Jita for ~50m, to include 16 sisters probes.
