Yong sinabi ni Ms Betchay na Ms Susan Roces would send out picture of her to her fans is so true. Di ko makakalimutan yan nong kabataan ko at natanong ko sa mama ko dati kong bakit merong wedding picture ni FPJ and Susan Roces sa family album namin (church wedding pic in the middle of so many people). Sabi ng mama ko, fan siya ni Ms Susan Roces at pinadalhan daw siya ng picture nito and I think if I'm not mistaken may personal hand-written message pa nga yon sa likod ng black and white picture. Just try to imagine, umabot yong pic all the way to Mindanao. Ganun siya mag value ng fans niya.

Ang laki talaga ng kaibahan ng mga moviemakers at mga artista noon. Alagang alaga at pinoprotektahan mga sikat na artista, di basta basta makikita sa mga public places, which made them like living in a pedestal esp. sa mga bida. Unlike these days, you can see them anywhere anytime anyplace you want to see them. Time's a changing and the so called movie industry is not exempt in this.
