Im pretty sure you're more than ready for Tumore Mode, however, I suggest getting your units to level 20-25, it will be very important, your base upgrades should all be level 14-16! Try farming subchapters off camera, you gain slightly more exp per star but the brick rewards stay the same. I also forgot to mention, Striker Battler can knockback bosses! He has super knockback which means he can bypass enemies who are immune to knockback. Enemies such as: Tank, Gargant, Doombringer, Paintmaster, etc... Im sure you'll do wonderful, and I wish you luck when you meet all the bosses in Tumore Mode!
Hey Matt, if you're gonna continue this series of beating the subchapters, you should bring Spiked Battler for Coil Chaos. There is a lot of fast attacking enemies in that subchapter and beating it unlocks the Recoil Cannon. Also Spiked Battler's alt form, Barbed Battler is way more tanky and deals more thorns damage to enemies. He can be useful for the main chapters too, especially tumore mode.
@@TheMattShea hey I recommend getting Gatling for a canon it’s really good for weak hordes in levels and high health enemies but the downside is that its really much useless if the stage is filled with armored units one last thing is you should tank with the base if needed just make sure to have some high health
This is gonna sound crazy, but slinger battler is actually op in coil chaos tumore, he’s able to EASILY kill [redacted melee enemy] while being much cheaper than sheriff

Something important to note about ninja battler is that he is currently one of the best anti-black dps, and definitely dont neglect archer battler, Once you do chapter 2 Tumore he will be very important One thing about crimson is that his benefactor isnt his hp, its his armor, also, it is very important you unlock EVERY bank and base, i know it could be a little expensive but its very worth it, as you will have any cannon to your disposal while playing the game, And most of all, dont forget to never give up in this game, levels can take HOURS to beat, you will have MANY moments where you get very unmotivated but its fine! in tumore mode, the kamikaze battler screams JUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUNE, so when you play it, it is only appropriate that payload battler is used against them to figure out which month is better.
Hey Matt. Please max out all your base upgrades, i see your unit limit is still 20 and they're all really important and kinda cheap to upgrade aswell. Also, you can just use Chainsaw Battler (lvl 20+) to XP grind on Rocket Arena (Chapter 1, Stage 20). I'm not sure if it's better than the current Kamikaze Battler strategy you're using to grind XP, but it works.

The fire mu applies (hellfire) is seperate from normal fire and they can stack as well as being able to apply it to enemies that are immune to fire. (Some are immune to hellfire though)

Hey Matt you should do the subchapter to unlock the ignition base, im pretty sure the sub chapter is called like frozen legion or something like that, but i completed it and the ignition base is really good, you should also get the absorber cannon that summons a high resistance shield. It is really good and these bases will help you clear hard levels like Turking star 3. Also Matt you should evolve the Boxer battler his evo form is really good starter unit.
hey mattshea, im new to this channel and also tbb (aka the game your playing) is fun, i dont have the unit i tell you but its fine for you. get operator, its jet can kill enemys up from the sky, but doesnt target base, extras: get operators alt form, the tank has high armor and explosive aoe damage, but slow to summon unlike operator

I recommend checking out more of the subchapters before moving onto tumore mode, you can get new cannons, banks and even units for beating certain subchapters on 1 star, most of which are pretty useful later on
Mattshea , the game has a extra mode that is secret , and that mode makes enemies in alt forms , also they will be way more buffed , im not spoiling it btw ask me if u want unlock it

Hey matt! just wanna give you a heads up if you want any tips based on my experience and the games difficulty spike in tumore, and how to prepare So with that, heres the top 5 things you should do things in order 1). Beat main chapters in 2-3 stars; (i dont know what you did so far) Complete chapters 1 2 and 3 all over again but all 3 stars, this gets you the special "lil" units. These are units in which are mini versions of the main boss variants of their original chapter (their alt form is their tumore mode forms) *you can do this off cam if you need to! 2). Beat subchapters; Some subchapters grant you some things such as frozen legion giving ignition bank, and uncooked business/birthday bash which you two special battlers, and thats as far as I know playing this game a lot. 3).Take some time to upgrade all of your units you have so far to level 25, (worth it for tumore since you are considering it) 4). Do tumore. I seriously recommend doing tumore after you get some badge units, trust me it will make ur experience slightly better, they can help give you more options to get creative with your loadout, this is because enemies and base are both individually boosted by 100% and are in their alt forms (and this does include 1-3 stars) 5). Enjoy the game casually, and experience the rest of it, you can do subchapters all 3 stars and just waiti until chapter 4 content comes out Hope this small guide helps at your state, it sure was not easy for me, especially the difficulty spike in tumore (especially 2-3 stars) Keep up the good work! But other than that you seem pretty much ready for tumore, so good luck! Side note: tumored chapter 3 3 star is currently IMPOSSIBLE, so dont bother completing that
Hey mat! You should start doing sub chapters one of them give a cannon recoil it ability is to recoil off of enemies divideing its damage it good for enemies that do alot dps that is range and more!
I really recommend upgrading Fireball Battler to level 10 and get his alt form. Ignis Battler (Fireball's alt) is probably the only AOE sniper you get in this game and his Fire damage makes his really good in dealing with crowds. Although he fires slower and costs more he makes up for it with his higher damage and extremely good range. Also good luck with the other subchapters!
You should do coilfrontation or the anniversary one! The anniversary has a cool unit, ehile coilfrontation gives a cool cannon to buy!! When you do Frost Legion, you unlock a base to buy too, but its pretty difficult if you ask me, gl!!1
Crimson is good as a crowd controller meaning he can kill most unnamored battlers in a big area un front of him but since isn't very usefull against armored enemies Barbed is perfect against enemies with really fast attack rate Glass is amazing for finishing fatboy if he's close to base Batter isn't very usefull at the moment since but he could be once chapter 4 drops Striker in the other hand is really good since it can knockback fatboy making him fail Gamble is amazing if stacked and speedbuffed

Hey Matt! You should definitely try evolving Gambler to Luckroll, it’s incredibly fun unit with the highest damage in game, but with a funny twist! Gambler is also very effective when stacked!
Hey Matt if you haven’t already you should get more banks and cannons because some of them will be really useful later on especially for 3 star tumore and others you get the cannons and banks from bricks and subchaps like coil chaos (also do more gambling:) )
Hey matt, if you continue these episodes about beating subchapters, beat frozen legion to get ignition base. Its really good for beating levels easily because of the buff it gives you, every upgrade (base) gives you a speed and attack boost making your units go zoooooom! If paired with speed battler (level 20+), he could easily beat some normal subchapter levels, including: 1 star Coil chaos, 1,2, and 3 star Classic ect. Btw matt, it has slow money production.

hey matt heres a pretty odd tip but trainer and drafted if stacked do a hell of a lot of damage with good defenses. if done right you get a minigun as a back lining force. its carried me through a few stages
Hey matt, fun fact did you know mu and psi are inspired by a classic gear series “periastrons”, another fun fact, is that mu is the name of the crimson periastron, same as psi.
Incase you're curious on how the "Fire" and "Hellfire" effects work... The damage stated on the battler, (EX. Fireball Battler) is the damage dealt when being hit, and the damage taken each tick from the burn. Hellfire works in the exact same way, except it deals damage much faster, and both can stack with eachother! However fire cannot stack with fire and vice versa...
Fun fact: striker battler can also knock back bosses/mini-bosses! (Not sure if they changed it or not but I’ve used striker battler and used him to knockback doombringer at some point)
Mattshea, gotta be honest but Deathbringer is easy (if you're gonna do it soon.) Also do NOT use tank units when fighting alt form paintmaster, he instakills, and Deathbringer has no Armor, so prepare your dps units!!
I recommend getting the 2nd version of the Gambler battler. He still has the 1/6 attack chance, but he does an insane amount of damage per shot, pretty much the highest amount of damage per hit in any playable battler. But if he fails the 1/6, he instantly dies. He can be very clutch against bosses if you can time it right.
Try to get Luckroll (for no reason I just like gambling) he has high dmg and 2k dmg in only level 10 max level(25) does 5.8k dmg but at a high cost 1/6 chance super high dmg and lives if he fails he dies (600 to place in 1 star)edit: he does aoe dmg too

Dark reaper is good,when he get 4 kills,he gain a aOe,and when 1 hp he go in rampage,he will die soon as depends the kills,the more kills,the more time he stay in rampage,his rampage deal more damage than normal version of dark reaper,his alt is lord skull(correct me if it’s wrong name),when he die with 1 kill,he summon 1 skeleton,and he can in total summon with 3 kills 3 skeletons,if he get another kill(4),when he die his skeletons will be buffed.(HIGLY RECOMMENDED AS FOR FUN THE LORD HAVE MORE CD ATTACK THAN DARK REAPER.[the dark reaper is a cheaper unit than lord,dark reaper is 600$ and lord 1200.]

hey mattshea i'll tell you hoow the units that you unlocked are mainly used for - glass battler he is a glass cannon mainly used for killing tanky mini bosses he is not that good at killing bosses due to peons blocking the way or the boss attacking glass battler he evolves into fire work battler he nows gains aoe but the aoe can hit your units aswell so its a high risk high reward unit - hobo battler this unit is used for meatshielding on bosses everywhere else he is almost useless he evolves to hoarder battler he gains omni immonenaty but he is slower and has more cooldown and costs more he is almost useless in this form - fire ball battler he is a crowd controller that does fire dmg he evolves to ignis battler he becomes a even better crowd controller but costs more - wing battler he is used to kill backliners and other dangerus enemies he evolves to jetback battler he can fly for longer and deals more dmg but he can't fly again when he falls -base ball battler is not good for anything but for pushing meatshields he evolves to striker batler fun fact he can be used to push back bosses but peons can shield the boss from being pushed back - brew battler is bad thats just it the debuffs gives you a little bit more dmg but not enoth to count the unit on your loadout same thing for his evolved form - cola battler almost the same story but he slows he is used on chapter 3 stages that has fatboy in it cuz he can slow down fatboy same thing for his alt form but he is slightly worse - mu my favorate uber cuz he was my first great backline killer in his alt form bad uber in his first form crimson will carry you in most of the chapter 2 stages and the boss anyways am done now goodluck
Yo mattshea If you click the purple gear thing Alot of times quickly in the loading,You will get a Secret Tumored mode which are enemies which has their alternate form,which are alot harder than before. Just try deathbringer.

Hey Matt! if your about to do coil chaos subchapter you should really bring barbed battler (Since he can kill a star 3 fusecoil with one life including killing fusecoil peons but barbed battler dies to the minibosses. just use barbed wire to kill fusecoil and his peons and then spawn everything you got to beat coil chaos 1/2/3)
Yo matt, i reccomend using the winged/flying battler in rocket arena for a funny mechanic when the winged battler cant land due to there being no ground nearby
btw mattshea when do u think ur going to do tumore mode i do recommend maxing out your stuff to lvl 20 or higher and maxing out bank upgrades as tumore mode enemies are 2x tankier than usual and on higher stars its a nightmare to do with low lvl units and unmaxed stuff and perhaps you should 300% chapter 2 for Lil' Turking, he's a really great Lil unit like Lil Doombringer
turking aint that good from my experience, the only times I used it it died before using any abilities. At least lil infernus has armor and enough hellfire to somehow melt fatboy??
ur underestimating his potential, he's also anti black so he have 20% damage bonus against that specific enemy and 25% damage resistance if he wasn't tanky enough, he's just as good as lil infernus as he's even used for x-treme gachaless with the role of tanking x-treme/baiting stunlock for others, he do have even other usages like 1 unit only on 3* Cyborg Rocket Battle TUMORE when timed precisely
I somehow find lil Turk more useful than infernus as his vomit is basically global and can snipe across the map. Useful for destroying specialist muffin stacks

Hey Mattshea, when you do Red Herring, make sure to use spiked / barbed battler.

You should definitely try evolving Gambler to Luckroll, it’s incredibly fun unit with the highest damage in game, but with a funny twist!
Gambler is also very effective when stacked!
Hey Matt if you haven’t already you should get more banks and cannons because some of them will be really useful later on especially for 3 star tumore and others you get the cannons and banks from bricks and subchaps like coil chaos (also do more gambling:) )
Hey matt, if you continue these episodes about beating subchapters, beat frozen legion to get ignition base. Its really good for beating levels easily because of the buff it gives you, every upgrade (base) gives you a speed and attack boost making your units go zoooooom! If paired with speed battler (level 20+), he could easily beat some normal subchapter levels, including:
1 star Coil chaos, 1,2, and 3 star Classic ect.

hey matt heres a pretty odd tip but
trainer and drafted if stacked do a hell of a lot of damage with good defenses. if done right you get a minigun as a back lining force. its carried me through a few stages

Incase you're curious on how the "Fire" and "Hellfire" effects work...
The damage stated on the battler, (EX. Fireball Battler) is the damage dealt when being hit, and the damage taken each tick from the burn. Hellfire works in the exact same way, except it deals damage much faster, and both can stack with eachother! However fire cannot stack with fire and vice versa...

Fun fact: striker battler can also knock back bosses/mini-bosses! (Not sure if they changed it or not but I’ve used striker battler and used him to knockback doombringer at some point)

I recommend getting the 2nd version of the Gambler battler. He still has the 1/6 attack chance, but he does an insane amount of damage per shot, pretty much the highest amount of damage per hit in any playable battler. But if he fails the 1/6, he instantly dies. He can be very clutch against bosses if you can time it right.
Unless you're desperate you should never use luck roll as there's a 5/6 chance that you just lose your money.
It sometimes takes time, but he's carried me against the chapter 2 final boss and the chapter 3 final boss.

Try to get Luckroll (for no reason I just like gambling) he has high dmg and 2k dmg in only level 10 max level(25) does 5.8k dmg but at a high cost 1/6 chance super high dmg and lives if he fails he dies (600 to place in 1 star)edit: he does aoe dmg too
Tip for when using detonator : don’t upgrade the bank unless it’s low because every upgrade speeds up the timer

@@TheMattShea when are you doing tumore mode? also u get tumored battler if you beat chapter 1 3 star tumored battler is a good meatshield but the evolved form is Basically a spawnable boss you might not be ready for chapter 1 3 star tumore but you might wanna do just 1 star tumore on chapter 1 becuse you can get 20% more xp from the stages in tumore mode also the enemies are in there stronger evolved form
Dark reaper is good,when he get 4 kills,he gain a aOe,and when 1 hp he go in rampage,he will die soon as depends the kills,the more kills,the more time he stay in rampage,his rampage deal more damage than normal version of dark reaper,his alt is lord skull(correct me if it’s wrong name),when he die with 1 kill,he summon 1 skeleton,and he can in total summon with 3 kills 3 skeletons,if he get another kill(4),when he die his skeletons will be buffed.(HIGLY RECOMMENDED AS FOR FUN THE LORD HAVE MORE CD ATTACK THAN DARK REAPER.[the dark reaper is a cheaper unit than lord,dark reaper is 600$ and lord 1200.]

Hey matt just to let you know that mu isnt great with single target but when there is multiple enemies thats when hes boss cause he has a slow cooldown for his attack also he has splash damage.
hey mattshea i'll tell you hoow the units that you unlocked are mainly used for - glass battler he is a glass cannon mainly used for killing tanky mini bosses he is not that good at killing bosses due to peons blocking the way or the boss attacking glass battler he evolves into fire work battler he nows gains aoe but the aoe can hit your units aswell so its a high risk high reward unit - hobo battler this unit is used for meatshielding on bosses everywhere else he is almost useless he evolves to hoarder battler he gains omni immonenaty but he is slower and has more cooldown and costs more he is almost useless in this form - fire ball battler he is a crowd controller that does fire dmg he evolves to ignis battler he becomes a even better crowd controller but costs more - wing battler he is used to kill backliners and other dangerus enemies he evolves to jetback battler he can fly for longer and deals more dmg but he can't fly again when he falls -base ball battler is not good for anything but for pushing meatshields he evolves to striker batler fun fact he can be used to push back bosses but peons can shield the boss from being pushed back - brew battler is bad thats just it the debuffs gives you a little bit more dmg but not enoth to count the unit on your loadout same thing for his evolved form - cola battler almost the same story but he slows he is used on chapter 3 stages that has fatboy in it cuz he can slow down fatboy same thing for his alt form but he is slightly worse - mu my favorate uber cuz he was my first great backline killer in his alt form bad uber in his first form crimson will carry you in most of the chapter 2 stages and the boss anyways am done now goodluck

If you click the purple gear thing Alot of times quickly in the loading,You will get a Secret Tumored mode which are enemies which has their alternate form,which are alot harder than before. Just try deathbringer.

Hey Matt! if your about to do coil chaos subchapter you should really bring barbed battler
(Since he can kill a star 3 fusecoil with one life including killing fusecoil peons but barbed battler dies to the minibosses. just use barbed wire to kill fusecoil and his peons and then spawn everything you got to beat coil chaos 1/2/3)

i do recommend maxing out your stuff to lvl 20 or higher and maxing out bank upgrades as tumore mode enemies are 2x tankier than usual and on higher stars its a nightmare to do with low lvl units and unmaxed stuff
and perhaps you should 300% chapter 2 for Lil' Turking, he's a really great Lil unit like Lil Doombringer
turking aint that good from my experience, the only times I used it it died before using any abilities. At least lil infernus has armor and enough hellfire to somehow melt fatboy??
ur underestimating his potential, he's also anti black so he have 20% damage bonus against that specific enemy and 25% damage resistance if he wasn't tanky enough, he's just as good as lil infernus as he's even used for x-treme gachaless with the role of tanking x-treme/baiting stunlock for others, he do have even other usages like 1 unit only on 3* Cyborg Rocket Battle TUMORE when timed precisely
I somehow find lil Turk more useful than infernus as his vomit is basically global and can snipe across the map. Useful for destroying specialist muffin stacks
