So I was just interested in the topic because I was trying to build a patch file and I needed to edit some hex values to unlock framerate caps, so besides describing colors, in how many ways can we use hexadecimals numbers and how do some people read these damn .bin files to know how to remove framecaps?!!
Is there a hex code for white that will cover all colors underneath when that white is placed over them? Let's say there are colors that you want to remove but is not possible. And if you add a #ffffff hex code, they still come through the white. So is there a white thick enough to cover those unremoveable colors?
Your explanations are amazing!
