Hi. You can trigger the camera shutter via the watch. As for the phone calls - you can only drop the incoming call- but can’t pick it up as the watch hasn’t got a microphone built in. Hope that helps.

btw. you can change the watch face within the OnWear app. As far as I remember, it was in device->dial gallery, there are plenty of dials for download as well and option to create your own personalised dial from any photo or picture from your phone.
Let me know if any struggle, we'll figure something out.
The Dial gallery is empty, nothing to select.. I wonder why.

The watch alerts you when you receive notifications on your phone, but does it allow you to reply as well?
Unfortunately, it doesn’t allow to reply on txt messages, or any other notifications.

I've been very hesitant about getting another smartwatch since I've already had two. One lasted one month and the other a month and a half. I don't think they could withstand the rigors of my job as an over-the-road driver and the amount of sweat I can produce. I'm one of those people who can sweat in the summer time while not doing anything when everyone else is not sweating.🤷🏼♂️ It's a nice looking watch but I may stick to my pocket watch or get another Timex. My last Timex was on its fifth battery when it died and you know how the batteries last. If not, they last up to five years if you don't use the Indiglow a lot.
Hi. IThis lw31 was fine in the water when I used it.
The most vulnerable point is the side button (manufacturer doesn’t recommend to use the button while the watch is submerged). But I assume it could withstand the constant exposure to sweat.
The watches with military standard 810G would certainly withstand any sweat exposure, but obviously these are more expensive.
So which one do you recommend more? Lw11 or lw31?
Hi. It depends which shape you’d fancy more: round or rectangle-ish.
Also, the LW31 is newer.
personally I’d pick LW11, as I like round watches.

Hi. It depends on the circumference of your kid’s wrist, but I think 1.3” round watch may be slightly too big for 10-11 yrs old.
One question, if you lose the watch, how do you find it back on the app. Is there like a button on your phone or something?
Hi. There’s a “find device” button in the app. Once pressed, the watch vibrates and beeps (if it’s in a Bluetooth range of the phone, of course).

Can you tell me why the watch and the app does not connect via Bluetooth? Mine does not work
hi. Sometimes the lw11 may act funny. The best thing to do - on your phone please go to the settings->bluetooth - find the lw11, tap on info and tap 'forget device'. Now try to open the companion app - it may reconnect automatically.
However, if not - I would suggest to repeat 'forget device' (or forget network) and then do the factory reset of the watch (settings on the watch).
Once done, open the app and add the lw11 as a new device. This trick should fix the issue. Hope this helps. Please drop me a line if any struggle.

you'd need a magnetic charging cable 4.0mm/0.16in (it's a standard cable, you may get it cheap on ebay). Be aware, not all cables are same (the difference is in the pin polarisation and the distance between the pins - so preferably look for 'agptek lw11 charging cable replacement').
Can you explain what the Kcal number is and how to change it to (US) calories?
After an hour kickboxing workout my friends' watches show around 500 calories burned, this watch shows 135 Kcal burned. And I cant get any clear insight from a google search.

Hi. It’s probably fine, all you’d have to do is to reset the connection and set up again:
1. in your app, go to ‘device’ - remove device (it probably say: unpair or disconnect, I can’t remember exactly),
2. In your phone go to the settings->Bluetooth and click on “forget the device” so it clears off the list
3. Open the app and “add device”, basically you have to set it up as a new watch.
This should do the trick:) pls let me know how did it go, once you’ve done it.

No you can’t answer the call. You can only see the notification of an incoming call and you can drop it.

Hi. Just pair it with your phone. The time will automatically once it’s synced with the app.

The app is called “OnWear” - you should have a QR code in the manual and in the watch settings -
- in the video I’m showing it around (03:39), take a look if you are unsure.

Why does it give me a hard time connecting it to my phone though?
Hi. You will have to go to the app->device and press “remove device” (or unpair).
Then reset the watch, go to the phone settings->Bluetooth and find LW31 on the list and press “forget the network” (or forget the device).
Now open the app, click on “add device”, find LW31 on the list and tap it. Confirm the pairing requests, allow notifications, basically confirm everything that pops in.
This should do the trick. Let me know how you’ve managed. 👍🏻

No, it usually ignores day naps, I'm afraid.
Which is better lw11 or lw31
Both are very comparable in terms of features and functionality. It’s just the shape basically, so it’s a matter of aesthetics. Both watches are equally good at sports/health tracking and monitoring.
And The LW11 is one of the best selling budget watches on Amazon worldwide.
Also the lw31 is slightly more bulky than the lw11.

Mine is not connecting to bluetooth
Hi Terona, no worries I'll try to help with this. You'll have to re-set the whole thing, I'll try to write it in steps:
- first, go to the app -> device -> remove device.
- now go to phone settings -> bluetooth -> LW31 - and press 'forget the device'
- next, in the watch go to the settings and find 'factory reset' (or just reset), however, this step may not be necessary.
- now make sure the bluetooth in your phone is still ON. Open the app and get to device -> add device. Find LW31 and just click on it.
Confirm all the pairing requests, allow notofication, basically just "yes" to anything that will pop in.
This should work. I haven't got the watch in my hand so I'm improvising a bit, but this works 99% of the smartwatches I have (except Fossil Gen6...)
Pls let me know how you've managed. If you'd struggle - let me know, we'll figure something out.

ok, I see. If you cant find the LW31 on your bluetooth list, then go straight to OnWear (Still, the bluetooth on your phone has to be turned ON.)
in the app, go to the third tab at the bottom (Device), at the top left it probably say: no device added. Click on "connect devioce" and the LW 31 shoud pop in.

I brought this on your recommendation. you didn't say that the app is useless .you should look into the app more.oxygen does not show on the app .. and the sleep is not like other apps shows more indepth.of sleep and oxygen. or there is no camera.

Yeah, it's only a basic watch and it could only drop the incoming calls.
