I have a 2023 330e, my comments on your list: 1. Mine must not have that feature - as mine just visually warns me to brake, it doesn't actually press the brakes - but I guess if my car actually acted on those warnings, I'd find it very annoying. 2. In US we get power adjustable, height adjustable lumbar support (driver side) and power seats on both fronts - these are the best seats I've had in my 40 years of driving. 3. Haven't tried putting child seats in the car, so I'll give you that one 4. The steering wheel controls don't always advance the track for me, I've rebooted the infotainment system - which takes about a minute - and it will always work after that - agree 5. I mostly drive my car alone, and this boot or trunk is too small, I can use the back seat for storage as I rarely have people back there - agree

My 5 series has slammed on the brake by itself 3 times now. it meant well but its scary
They 100% do mean well, but it doesn't feel that way... The system must have caused some accidents, I'm sure of it!
