This was my first candle day experience. I ordered everything online due to my work schedule. The first of 3 orders I placed on the first has been delivered. The second is still pending with no confirmation email. The third has been updated with cancellation although the items are still in stock online and in store. I’m kind of frustrated and worried my Christmas gifts will not be delivered on time or not at all. The Reddit reviews have stressed me out even more seeing how common this is even on regular orders. I love B&BW but this will be my LAST online purchase.
