I would go for CPU (last or current gen) and display upgrade, although that would mean a whole system upgrade including motherboard and RAM. If you've very tight on budget then prioritize the monitor and perhaps go for a memory upgrade as well, assuming your RAM kit is clocked lower than 3000MHz

Don't wanna be that guy, but i think you should look to upgrading your GPU, cause your CPU is way too powerful for your GPU, which I think will cause some bottleneck. I think you should go for the RTX 4070 ti, or 4080 super

I really don't think it's a good idea to pair a 3060 ti with an I9 13900k. This combination has a major bottleneck. Your cpu is a really high-end chip. However, your gpu is more on the budget end. I really recommend upgrading your gpu to something like 7900xt or 4080 to 4080 super if you want to go with team green.
