I have tried a lot of VahChef's recipes, and I'm like, why waste money on restaurants when you can make them cheaper, easily and with much better ingredients at home. This is definitely going into my to-do list, because the lockdown hasn't helped me get over my potato chips cravings. Thank you VahChef, in being a constant inspiration.

Indeed the trick lies in the kind of potato we choose.. I did try multiple times but failed but this time tried with the right potato and voila!! My chips came out very yum and crispy 😋

I have a request, please can you make a video on the chutney they serve in the exhibitions, it will look brown and they smell and taste very good. I used to visit the exhibitions when they happen just for the bajji and chutney they serve also the big size papad and chillypowder.
