In the fall of 2022, the Defense Forces of Ukraine liberated most of the occupied Mykolaiv Oblast. However, hostilities in some coastal areas have not stopped. Russian troops continue shelling with artillery and drones. Ukrainian border guards, together with other units, protect the coast both during the day and at night. More about this in our story.
