yes true i was also expecting for another mandarin rap of kz in this song. But it's planned that more exposure should be given to coco lee. But still even in that short part Our KZ amazingly did her best and really enjoyed her performance on stage with her idols .Take notice until the end you can hear that hers is the finishing sound . All the audience enjoyed her rap performance as it reflects the audience actions becoming that wild in singing and dancing to the beat.
KZ had perhaps two days (?) to rehearse the song with Jessie and Coco. It was likely impossible for KZ to learn and perfect the Mandarin rap in such a short time. KZ doesn't speak Mandarin. She has to learn and memorize the Chinese phonetics. The Mandarin rap is from a famous Chinese song well known to the Chinese audience. Imperfect pronunciation of the long and slow Mandarin rap would sound funny and become a distraction. My guess is that Coco planned the Mandarin rap to win extra support from the Chinese audience. It did cross my mind that KZ's Mandarin rap would sound wonderful has KZ had more time to learn it.
