I noticed this happened to my G30P. I have a replacement rear motor assembly on the way and I'll attempt the repair myself, but I'm not sure what happened. I make sure to check the tire pressure every few weeks and top it up according to the manual (I ride it 20 miles 5 days a week, I'm at 3000 miles on the ODO) but I noticed mine looks exactly like the one you showed. It's just interesting how it can happen in the first place because I'm positive I haven't been riding on a flat. To be fair, I'd been riding on it like this hearing a weird noise from the back for a few days now, probably about 50 miles. But I filled them up with air a couple weeks ago! Glad to know I'm not the only one out there. Thanks for your videos, they've helped me with my scooter countless times :)

YOU GUYS ASKED ME A QUESTION ON MY CHANNEL: (HOW CAN WE HELP?) 6 MONTHS AGO, I BOUGHT A BRAND NEW NINEBOT S MAX, I LIVE IN HAWAII, SO THE SHIPPING COST ME $350.00..... AT THE SAME TIME I ORDERED A MECHA KIT. THIS ALSO COST ME $350.00.... PLUS COSTS OF BOTH ITEMS. SEGWAY LOVES OUR MONEY BUT NEVER TALKS TO US. I DONT WANT THE GO-KART, I WANT MY S MAX TO BE USED WITH THE MECHA KIT. THE PROBLEM IS SIMPLE: REWRITE THE CODE FOR THE MECHA KIT TO FIT WITH THE NINEBOT S MAX. VERY SIMPLE, THEN SEND ME THE CHIP, OR UPDATE.
Our apologies, but we are not Segway-Ninebot, the manufacturer. We are Segway of Ontario, a locally-owned independent retailer offering Segway-Ninebot products in Toronto, Ontario, Canada (🇨🇦). Our best advice is to contact Segway technical support at technicalsupport@segway.com. We hope that you'll be able to get this issue resolved!
