2015년도의, 얇은 단발머리의 아이유가 참 좋다. 20대초반의 풋풋한 노래소리와 지금의 조금은 성숙해진 노래소리의 딱 중간쯤 되는데 팔레트때의 그 소리가 너무나 좋다.

This is such a beautiful song! It's just so pure and innocent to imagine sending a firefly to that special person, hoping she/he's having a good night's sleep as a way of saying how much a person means to you. You don't want to disturb that person's sleep but you can't help but want to express your deep love to him/her in the middle of the night. It's through that firefly where all your emotions are capsuled in. While sleeping, that special person may not notice the firefly, but it's just in the window looking and sending some glimmer of light hoping he/she is having a sweet dream.
As they say, you can't spell genius, without IU!
