Why do you turn your camera vertically when you enter rooms? It’s not needed and in throws your picture 90 decrees. BTW very nice home.
Can you show inside the cabinets
I have this home and can tell you it DOESN'T come with shelving. At least not the cabinets inside the kitchen island OR the cabinets right beside the refrigerator below the bar. Hope this helps.
Is it possible to have the A/C ducts put in the ceilings when you're having this model manufactured in the factory? I don't like the vents in the floors. Otherwise this home is perfect. I don't mind paying extra for the air vents in the ceilings.
I have this same exact mobile. I wish the air ducts were up in the ceiling because my baby (which is 7 months today and crawls around) goes around them. I can't locate the air filter.
Hi Diva We have many models that do offer the Upflow vents, but unfortunately this home building facility doesn't offer those.
@@freedomhomesoftulsa2518 Thank you. And I appreciate your response. And I love your channel.
Can the color of the kitchen cabinets be changed!
Are you able to change cabinet colors?
Hi Mark, thanks for the question, I do have a few aftermarket options for doors. Would you like to come and see it? Ken Kennedy
@@freedomhomesoftulsa2518 thank you for the response. I didn't realize you were in Tulsa. I'm in Florida so probably out of the question for a visit. I was wondering if TRU homes offered cabinet and flooring changes on color. Like white cabinets and etc.
@@markharrison6656 At this time Tru Doesn't offer any cabinet upgrades, the Tru homes are shipped with a basic set(basic colors and design, but very functional and sturdy) of cabinets in the Kitchen and Baths. Some folks are perfectly content with the cabinets and others choose to line, paint, change doors, or replace. Each dealer is different, some will offer upgrades, and others might refer you to a contractor that will. Here are a list of some of our stores in your area

Do they offer things like smooth walls instead of the ones with lines thru out? And could one have a sliding glass door in kitchen added
I have this same exact mobile home. I purchased mine in july of 2019. My question is where is the air filter located? I asked my dealer and he doesn't know where it is. I dont recall seeing any papers that tells me where the air filter is located. Please help me, please. I have been living in my mobile home for 6 months now and i really need to change it out. I have looked on RUclips for videos of Marvel mobile homes from Tru Homes about locating the air filter and i have found no luck at all. Is it anyway you can tell me or make a video. Anything is appreciated. Thanks
Hi Mamie (Just to let everyone know, at Freedom Homes, we have the service department to do a orientation with each new customer, that includes air filters) There are a few different possibilities depending on the unit, I believe that it is an inter therm which has a panel at the base of the air handler(furnace) a turn screw in the center and one filter is behind that. On Some units, there will be an additional 2 filters on each side in the same box. If it is a Carrier unit, there are 2 turn screws on the left and right of a black bar(about 18 inches above the floor) you just unscrew the 2 sides, pull the black bar out, and the filter is behind it. Also if you look on the inside of the cabinet under the kitchen sink, you will find a dataplate with the serial number, you can take that serial number and call 254-831-9031, and they will give you the exact instructions. They can also provide you with a home owners manual that should have came with the home.
@@freedomhomesoftulsa2518 thank you so much, i really appreciate the information
@@mamiethompson5259 Did you find your filter?
@@freedomhomesoftulsa2518 no Sir not yet. Im calling them now
@@mamiethompson5259 mine is at the laundry room, right on top of the ac machine
That's 1,568 square feet the rooms must be tiny
It's 1568 driving down the road with a 4' hitch and eaves. The actual square footage is about 1475. It's annoying how misleading they are with the size but all manufactured home dealers do this.
You are correct only people care about the tongue lenght are the drivers who get the permits to pull.
The box size is 28x56 (60) with tongue. Outer dimension 1568 living sq ft 1475 Thanks for watching channel.
Can you use the same layout and format from a double wide and make a modular home?
Hi, what are the tubs/shower and bathroom sinks made out of?
Hi Jennifer, in this home, the tubs and showers are plastic, we do have a tile option.
@@freedomhomesoftulsa2518 Thank you
@@freedomhomesoftulsa2518 can change the bathroom set up too?
Hi, can you tell me the size of the front door?
This home looks entry level basic, so why not give us the price? Lots of RUclips video tours are listing base prices or as is prices for the model being shown. It gives us who are looking ideas for what we may be able to afford.
Hi Dale, thanks for the question. With the rollercoaster of building material prices this year, prices vary. Current price, if you order one today to be delivered and setup within 150 miles of Tulsa is roughly 74k, base price is roughly 62 in our area.
@@freedomhomesoftulsa2518 Thank you. That helps a lot.
@@freedomhomesoftulsa2518 so what are the prices now for this same home?
I live in Tennessee and this home use to be 50,000 it went up to 80,000 because of all of the bull crap going on
I like the house, but you are kind of lying. In a Solitaire Home there is also a Main Water Shut off.
If you need 3-4 bedrooms, you need to get away at the other end!
Yes, Great Idea
