The only artists that said they were gonna come back when I asked were RetroVision, and Rex Hooligan. I did also see somebody asked Tobu to come back, but he said: "I don't have any plans to return to NCS, at least, not in the near future." So I guess it's left open to interpretation. He could come back, or not ig.
