- Jeremy Lin and the Beijing Ducks blew out the Fujian Sturgeons in the CBA quarterfinals of the 19-20 season. Jeremy Lin had 26 points and 5 assists, and did not need to play at all in the 4th quarter.
The ducks will play the Guangdong Southern Tigers next in the semi-finals. The Guangdong Tigers will be a much more formidable match given its roster of Yi Jianlian, Sonny Weems, and Marshon Brooks.
If we're being honest, China has shown Lin far more love than the NBA ever did, I'm happy he found a place where he gets the attention he deserves.
he wasn't good enough for the NBA. plain and simple
Thomas Baratheon lol there's a lot of not good players but still in NBA
@@jbc1339 true but jeremy lin is below even that line.
Thomas Baratheon I disagree man he's a good player he's shown that while playing with NBA.. but I would say after watching him played with those more athletic and physical players his NBA career won't last long and I'm right about it.. I'd rather play in Asia where he can earn probably more what he gets in NBA and be able to play a lot rather than sitting on the bench
@@jbc1339 he had a good month. thats about it..
NOW THIS IS THE LIN I WANNA SEE
Happy to see Lin having fun. He supplied so many great memories the past decade.
Glad to see my man JLin still balling! Much love from Toronto!
Lin for the win
When Lin is paired with a good pick-n-roll centre, he's in his element and hard to stop. Will be pretty amazing if Lin can be both a CBA and NBA championship winner.
Lin still young ...career does not discriminate the fields but money n opportunity...way to present Jeremy...
Lin is the best! Not only in basketball but personally as well. Keep your head up Lin! No matter what they said about you! GOD knows that you're LOVE!
Man i still believe that Lin should go bck to NBA. With his skill and talent he can be a gd backup point guard. Well many of the team do not know how to use lin effectively. That being said i am sure he is much happier in china, well whatever Lin do, i will support him all the way.
As much as I’d like him in the NBA, he will be treated unfairly again.
Dude gets fouled hard and it goes uncalled.
There were even a few where he drew blood and it was uncalled.
"Well many of the team do not know how to use lin effectively."
This. This is 100% true.
Carmelo ruined that mans whole career, Linsanity only ended because Carmelo came back from injury and started hogging the ball again. If Carmelo was out for the season, Lin would have been signed to a multi year deal and he wouldve been paid too. He jived best with those guys in New York too.
okallup true stars shines no matter where they are. Don’t blame Melo.
Let's face it, the NBA has a silent racism problem.
Thank you for uploading Lin’s gameplay again! We need this!
This is the mid range jumper he needed in the NBA... finally Jeremy, power up.
Lin is certainly a skilled player but I think it's his basketball IQ that really sets him apart. Another interesting thing I see in these highlights is that he seems slow down on purpose. He's been playing at a much higher pace in the NBA and the ability to realize you're going to need to slow down a little bit to allow a play to develop is impressive.
Would like to see Lin on the mavs roster.
He was on the Mavs roster
@@jeffrey7737 wasn't that a long time ago, well before the team they put together now?
@@rnhim2072 so you want him on the Mavs now for the bench?
@@jeffrey7737 why not he'd be a good addition to the team
@@rnhim2072 to start?🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯
The fact that Lin is playing at this level is amazing, dude ruptured his patella tendon, the most serious knee injury you can experience.
He seems like he's more relaxed and enjoying himself more in the CBA, away from the pressures of the NBA. I hope he continues to have success and have fun!
Jeremy Lin is in a special class. This dude had two season ending injuries (arguably career ending) and came back to absolutely blow folks out the water. There’s a reason Toronto picked him up. This dude is ridiculously technical and has tremendous ball IQ. He simply did not get the recognition he deserves for whatever reason (I’m not gonna stipulate on that). Better than so many players in the NBA. I mean if Dudley is still in🤷🏽♂️... The CBA is extremely competitive as they have greater access to the European and Afro leagues. I absolutely love the NBA but don’t be blinded by its hype. Why do you think it’s getting harder and harder for Team USA to win on the world stage? Not because the talent pool is shrinking in the US, it’s because the rest of the world has gotten better.
Lmao, after being in the nba, any league is easy. No disrespect to the CBA, after all they’re professionals, but it just goes to show how good NBA players are, and Lin is that elite.
not every NBA player automatically succeeds in the CBA... like Ty Lawson who was on the other team lol
@@yixie6830 does ty count as a nba player?lol
Yi Xie He might not be winning, but Ty Lawson is averaging like 27 points a game in China, so I don’t think you can say he’s not doing well lol. Maybe not as impactful
@crossover poem i remember him having big time mental issues on the nba
@@yixie6830 well but most, if not all, of them are past their prime when they go to the CBA
He and the Ducks has been on a roll since they've started playing again. I feel he's playing in chill mode, not pushing his body too far. Which is a good and smart thing to do. Hopefully we'll see him being challenged further down the playoffs.
Proud to say Linsanity is back 100% healthy.
Lin definitely still got some juice left in the tank, he is capable of playing in the NBA STILL!!
nope his spot is taken by another oppressed black. his yellow privileged is where he belong CHYNA
THAAAAAAANK YOOOOOOU for posting this!!! 😁😁😁😁
I've been following Jeremy's playoff journey via sports articles but it's nice to be able to see him play again!!!😁😁😁😁
His legs get more powerful now! Superb Lin is back!
Lin is better than a lot of current NBA players
Jude Martin Arsulo doesn’t get a chance cause he is Asian but it’s true I wanna see him back on the Knicks
Lmao bro u being biased. If you look at his stats and his defense. He’s average at best. He’s a straight liability on defense. He’s a good player no doubt. But he’s more of a third string nba or maybe second string D league PG. I feel for him cause he’s a good guy and I wanted him to have success. But honestly his defense is jus terrible at times. Like he doesn’t even care to play D. He has great pick and roll IQ tho.
Nehemiah Abraham better then some bench warmer on teams can’t say that’s a lie I’m not saying he is above average just saying some player on rosters are simply not Better
@@nehemiahabraham9974 so... Better than a lot of NBA players is what I'm hearing
My apologies guys I’m not trying to be offensive. I know how much he means to Asian people. I wish he could have been better. It would be kinda coo to have more diversity in the elite players of the nba. But I’m sure he’s inspired the next great Asian player. I was just stating facts. This particular situation has nothing to do with race tho. In the nba as a point guard if you can’t play D or shoot the lights out you become almost useless.
I admire the good sportsmanship
Get this man a contract.
We will see him back in the NBA, He is better then many others that are getting paid huge.
I really hope he gets his shot in the NBA! Dude can definitely dominate a two week period.
Gonna be tough in semifinal vs the Guangdong Southern Tigers, Jeremy Lin have to unleash hell against them.
I love to see him in the NBA again..
Linsanity alive and well I see
Lin’s physique now is much better than when he was with the Knicks.
Looks the same lol. Still skinny
This guy is really good. Deserves to be In the NBA, just unlucky didn’t meet a coach who knows how to use his strengths. Darn so good in New York
Wish him all the best
FINALS MVP IM CALLIN IT
Linsanity has always had heart for basketball its unfortunate Toronto raptors didn't let him play especially during a championship year. He felt like he didnt earn it and had no playing time. He was literally depressed. Glad he's got a team who values him. NBA is a tough league takes one season before you're forgotten. Same thing almost happened with melo.
2:29 that is a travel if I’ve ever seen one
Don’t worry in China it isn’t travel
Think I counted 6 or 7 steps without bouncing the ball 😬
in china they call that WAlking with the ball fair play
Nah. There's a travel ban on China so he's good.
Its called the centipede step... its like the Euro-step in the NBA.
LIN SHOULD STILL BE PLAYING IN THE NBA! HE IS FAR BETTER COMPARE TO SOME PLAYERS IN THE NBA TODAY!
Linn is looking sharp right now. He looks real comfortable out there. Not sure why this video came up in my suggested videos, but these are some nice highlights.
He's just toying with them. He's way too good to be in this league. Are you seeing this Knick management?
He's good in the CBA but definitely not worth what they are paying him. Definitely not.
How do you figure this? I couldn't disagree with you more. He belongs in the NBA. His injuries are what held him back. He's in much better shape physically and deserves another shot.
You’ll change mind if you watch the semi-final. He played like shit, definitely not tough or fast enough to fit in any higher level game
That was like 8 years ago. Chill.
@@280z318i if he says something bad about China while in China in deserves a shot
People hattin on Lin but let me remind you - Still got more rings than Melo, CP3, Westbrook, PG ,Lilliard Etc .. He put in that work in the last 10 years - We all know he can hoop and can stand his ground on the court in America or Asia . # Facts
Back in the day Lin would win you five games and lose you four, but I imagine he's more in control now. Good to see him still playing.
If Jared Dudley is actively participating in the nba as of right now !!!!! Then the sky is limit for Lin..
that guy is doing nothing for Lakers lmao and he looks overweight as well
Dudley is a bum
Dudley can’t even guard a fence post. Lin deserves a spot in the nba.
@@cydrus2856 Lakers need more guards?
@@superBAkid he played in the league for what? 10 years ? He is playing in his motherland that is a great honor
so were shocked that jeremy lin is killing not me at all. i personally think hes better than a few guards in the nba right now and should still be in the nba,
As a Sac King’s fan, we can use his veteran skills. Fox and Hield ain’t enough. He looks efficient and aware in China, bro is definitely still NBA caliber.
Hes forsure better than Cameron Payne lmao
Tone Wilson xddddd
Tone Wilson exactly and many more who are happily sitting on benches lol.
TOPxRAMN definitely better than Cory, yogi, and Kyle
I'm happy that Jeremy has found somewhere to play.
Cba mvp on the wayyyyy
Glad hes ballin! Looks like hes healthy.
At least he’s still playing
Lin is better than many nba players at the pg and sg positions. He can at least be coming off the bench for most nba teams.
shots so pretty
just wanna remind everyone that draymond green has a max contract while lin is stuck in cba
Lin wasn’t producing. I kept hoping for him since Linsanity, but he lost that special sparkle and gradually became a bench-boy. Draymond may not be good or great, but he played an important role in his Championship team’s defense.
can lin do anything draymond does for gsw?
Good point, Green is a hot mess without three NBA superstars surrounding him
Good to see him playin well
J Lin is good again!!
Was that ty Lawson
Is that Ty Lawson?
A channel dedicated to Lin? Subd 👍
Would like to see Lin back in the NBA #StopRacism #Equality
He should've stayed in the NBA, happy he got to finish with a championship, but just wish he stayed healthy those last couple years, especially with the Nets
He could help the Lakers right now
The thing about Jeremy Lin's game is that it's fundamentally sound and methodical like Kobe's
Can't compare these two, game wise. Lin is one hell of a professional, and I'm glad he has not only found his footing, but is leading a successful team it seams.....but Kobe is a Legend. Rest in Power Mamba.
No comparison. Its cool to like a player but lets not make ridiculous observations which destroy credibility.
Calm your titties you two, he has just compared the likeness with which the lin plays not the calibre of the players.
LMAO 😂😂💀
Torching them playing at 50% speed too 😂
Not a surprised at all he could have been a 1x all star in the NBA but his body gave up on him. I can see the NBA training is still there.
He’s loved there so much, that he will be leading their 50 Cent Army soon.
Quit it with this propaganda bs
Let’s go ✊🏿✊🏿✊🏿✊🏿
Wish he was back in the NBA. Never got the FULL love and recognition he deserved in NBA when he broke out. But at least he won't face racial discrimination in China because he's "one of them"
The Black People in the NBA were so Blatantly Racist towards this guy.
Then they want to act like everyone's being Racist towards them instead...
@@onestopfunstop317 Not all black people in the NBA. And that doesn't diminish the fact black people suffer racism still. But there is a SPECTRUM or range of black people who are also racist on an INTERPERSONAL level. And part of that also stems from internalized racism and trauma. I'm also black but I could recognize the discrimination Jeremy Lin went through from all angles including SOME black people. And that's sad because Lin really appreciated black people and black culture. It's just a tragedy. I'd kill to have him back in the NBA.
Would like to see Lin on the celtics roster
and so confident
Literally a case of a single tiger in a game that's supposed to have only cats.
Dang they should have activated the mercy rule! 😂
Linsanity is back🔥🔥
林書豪的第一步爆發力回來了

We need you on the Shanghai Sharks Jeremy !
this kid went back...? damn it
Would like to link in the celtics
How many minutes he played in this game?
Is that ty Lawson on fujian??
bingo
NBA messed up with Lin. China is already a huge market. Having Lin in the NBA would just be a no-brainer in getting more in roads into that.
Why isn't he back in the nba?
Is that ty lawson on the other team....?
blabertown lmao yes
NBA failed Lin and that's fact. He never got the equal and fair treatment like other players.
Opinion
nah injuries failed him...they gave him a couple of shots as an nba starter, but he couldn't take the physicality of the nba for the long haul. Lin's body is just not built for the nba, heck he was even complaining recently how the CBA is too rough for him and refs not protecting him enough.
Abe McGee again, typical thought when it comes to Asian players in NBA. His body is not built for NBA... dude is 6”4 215lbs. They treated him unfairly as hell in NBA. Watch the video “how NBA failed Lin” and you’ll know how NBA treated him
@@khoado123 I followed Lin's career in the nba, i know how they treated him. After the Linsanity thing, he wasn't overlooked, he actually got more opportunities than he should have. It was injuries that set him back. Just because you have the height, doesn't mean you have an nba body. Lin had borderline nba all star skills, and had he been more durable to play full nba seasons, i think he would have made a couple of all star games. But like I said the physicality of the nba was too much, and not just because he was asian. I believe there is something more sinister behind the scene, like the rampant use of PEDs in the nba, giving players a physical edge.
Lin and Lance Stephenson gonna be the finals I wanna see
Lin has so much class and respect. The NBA is shit and he was shining diamond. He's so humble. Miss him.
Where did that mouse cursor go?
Poor Lin, he is not in the bubble.
You can tell that Jeremy Lin is way more relaxed and comfortable without all the racist BS weighing him down while in the NBA - and Lin is able to unleash his full potential!
Somehow this is better than watching the entire existence of the WNBA
TO ALL THE HATERS FOR JEREMY LIN WHO THINKS HE SHOULDN'T BE IN THE NBA.
.
When he was playing for Knicks that "One month wonder" now who's fault is that? Jeremy Lin was always playing his game, He never had playing time unless the team is winning by 30 or if the team just forfeits.
.
When he was playing for knicks every main player was injured, the Knicks had no options but to use Lin. He had nobody except maybe average players except (Tyson Chandler). Nobody knew J.Lin style of play. So yes!!!!!! he was getting buckets. After that, the teams analyzed and caught up on how he plays.
.
He was still getting good stats, you guys should look up his stats.
.
It was injuries, politics and exaggerated media that made Lin mediocre player. Stephen A. Smith was always bashing on him
Lin cba chip and nba chip?
News breaking for me. Didn’t know he bounced from the Association.
Jeremy seems to not have the same hoops as when he was in the NBA but still plays NBA caliber.
Smooth and well played! Great passing.
what he wasnt trying before?
NICESSS!!
2:30 can I get a travel please
Lin is good and can dominate at this league level but not anymore good as you think as far as NBA type of games. See his plays during his raptor time.
Come back to the raptors Lin, you just needed time to fit the mold..
ay lets go jlin!
Jeremy Lin increases the visibility of CBA in Taiwan
anyone else feel like the rims look a little bigger?
From watching this I lost faith from basket ball🤣🤣🤣🤣
Was that Ty Lawson he blew past for the layup
The NBA discriminated against Lin
Yeah, Ty Lawson, the 5'10 32 year old who drank himself out ot the NBA. Great logic.
Ty is stuck in the pre-analytics NBA style of ball, so is Lin. Screeners and spot-up shooters beat contact layup guys and mid range shooters all day.
