That’s soooo true! When I was like 12 people always told me that I had to lose weight even when I was not that ‘fat’. I was just holding baby fat in mu face. So because of that I started binge eating en now I am actually a fatass, I hate myself for that now

Denali Williams being obese is not good for anybody’s health, such people will have lot of health issues...diabetic, hypertension... you name it, her condition is modifiable, she is still young that’s why complication that come along with over weight is vague, the older she gets... health issues will start appearing more apparent, it’s not just about her but anybody who is over weight...that’s is what I mean... I work in hospital and our main teaching for such people to change the lifestyle which including being active physically, watch what you eat .... list goes on!
