on 1.20.80 bedrock if this doesn't work don't worry follow this changes i made:
1) you need 20 beds 20 workstation but u need only 12 villagers to take the job.
2)you need to make a staircase giving access to 12 villagers to bed so they can actually sleep in it.
3)you need 5 tamed cat sitting near the farm.
4) convert 9x9 area around farm to path block.
5)use leafes instead of glass, do just 1 layer.
6) make sure you travelled -150 in all XYZ coordinates if not even after following 5 steps i mentioned it won't work.
hope this helps for people in 1.20.80 :)
edit: golem spawn less during night so afk mostly at day and for me within like 30 min i got like 45 iron, works great for me :D
Dude only cats are spawning there's no nitwit and no baby villager btw it's 30 villagere 30 workstation and 30 beds and still no golem spawning any help?
This actually works seriously if anyone's reading this it I ain't a bot not nothing it actually works you may need to tweak the hoppers but that's it

Is it necessary to stand close to the farm so that the farm works? Is it possible to use the tickingarea command as a replacement?
It is necessary in survival to stand close to farm within the simulation chunk area. I guess that ticking area command will work, you can try...

How much this farm get ?
If the villagers don't lose their jobs, then this will produce up to 400+ an hour or else it will produce 300-350/hr
@@GuruBuilds I'm only getting about 45 every 15 minutes but I'm not complaining. It works and it's cheap. Great for early game.
Why is my farm so slow even with 20 villagers
Because the villagers were resetting their jobs again and again. If you afk at night, the villagers are resetting their jobs again and again because they want to sleep...
@@GuruBuildsAdding the 5 cats helps and it's better to place the beds with the pillows in the center of the build. The golem picks a bed to spawn around so centering the pillows gives him more spawnable blocks for each attempt.

It's normal!!! Also make sure that the iron farm is 100-150 blocks away from the village or any villagers farm
if the village is at 908 75 125 i should go @803 -75 -25 i.e exact 150 block away,am i right?
