a few tips:
3rd person fov to max so u have better view in vehicles.
dialogue volume lower at around 20-30 so the announcer doesn't silence steps too much.
tac sprint from double tap to single tap > faster reactions time.
fidelity cas or any other upscaling disabled for lower input lag and more fps.
horizontal compass disabled if u never use it for eliminating extra process.
other than that great tweaks.
p.s. as always try it out for urself and adjust accordingly e.g. TS bug forced people to use different setting for example.
