    Besan paratha is very famous and very common in Jodhpur. There, first of all, besan is roasted well to release flavor and improve taste. Here, you are using raw besan for filling. Your paratha may look properly cooked, but besan inside still remains raw and will surely cause stomach discomfort to many. Highly recommended to roast the besan first. Trust me, taste will be much much better. Thanks
