HI AGAIN,your flowers are so pretty!! i wanted to share something else-i learned to make a rose from tissue paper long b4 coffee filters but they werent strong enough to do this i do hope you might try this!! I have my stuff in boxes but i have 2 colors of pink flocking powder ive never got the chance to do anything w/it-use spray adhesive make sure to shake it reallll well and go outside to spray it but spray a bit at the air first so its not spitting this leaves a really thin layer of glue so have ur flocking powder ready maybe in a salt shaker i wanted to Try mixing it w/glitter to see if i could do both but i know i will glitter the crap out of EVERYTHING! with or w/o the flock...could look pretty awesome!! if some1 does try it i hope to see their design! thank you for sharing!! that could make some really pretty kissing balls for events christmas etc jst add a pretty bow on top w/fishing line to hang!!
These are beautiful! Im a wreath artist and have recently decided to save myself alot of money on supplies by creating my very own paper flowers. I will spray mine finished flowers though with a matte finish polyurethane to strengthen the petals and makes them hold up should a feather duster be needed off and on for dust accumulation. This is a very nice tutorial. I thank you for sharing! I subscribed 🍀💚
Thanks for watching our video and subscribing to our channel! That is such a GREAT idea! Next time we make more of these we'll have to apply a spray finish to them as well! I bet your wreaths are beautiful!
I love this art project, so beautiful. This will be my gift to my mom for mother's day. I always try and make it a homemade, 1 on a kind gift. Thank you.

try using alcohol in a spray misting bottle and when wetting the filter with the brush you can mix half water half acohol and still use the mister to perfect anyting, mister sketch scented watercolor markers are the best ever for anything marker-lol,but once alcohol hits it its like it makes the color just come to life. alot like water familiar in the way its used i just happen to like having the alcohol, could have a water bottle also, they really bloom w/inks but im jst not very familiar w/using the inks alot-JUST WHATEVER YOU DO DONT PUT THEM INTO THE OVEN-LOL!! they dry pretty quick w/the alcohol which would be a plus i suppose but the effect is why i love it ive seen where ppl have used a small stamp pad and rub i the very outer edge-having a few stacked would make it easier to get t along jst the edge and ypu can spray alc on it and let it fade inward but if you want to keep that color along that edge be careful! also frm yrs of doing hair it sounds absurd but if you can keep your petal a lil damp w/alc then w/pencil maybe a couple sizes but having it slightly damp w/alc. n youre able to get it rolling around the pencil if you can hold the curl in place w/one hand then SPIN THE PENCIL START SLOWLY IF YOU FEEL UNEASY ABOUT TI BUT IM ALMOST CERTAIN YOU WILL BE VERY IMPRESSED JUST HOW NICELY THE PETALS CURL AS TIGHT OR LOOSE AS YOU PREFER AND YOU CAN WORK THEM JST AS W/WATER. MAYBE TRY THE 71% FIRST.

Would you say these flowers look like gardenias?
YES, they can definitely look like a gardenia!
Are you going to be showing how to do other flowers with the coffee filters?
We've thought about it, but don't have anything planned yet. Are there specific flowers you'd like to see made from the filters?
