Pls be sure that these installment payments you are talking about also apply to international students. Cos I've seen many of these schools giving local students these juicy deposits/installment payments but they hustle international students to pay sharparly.

I have seen quite a lot that are full time. You need to search for your course or similar courses to find a full time one. UKVI doesn't give visa to international students for part time or online courses.

For OND, you would need to either do an undergraduate degree or top up (if you are eligible) and unfortunately, you can't bring your family on those type of student visas.
Most of the time, the payment plan would be similar but you need to check the school's website to confirm that the payment plan for postgraduate students are the same for undergraduates.

Most schools would return it back. However, there might be charges that would be removed when they return it back to you. I hope this helps.
