I was responding to that, The Air unit said he went into the tunnel, we knew he was in the tunnel we just were trying to find a place to cut him off. That's why they continued trying to find an another entrance. I can't tell you for sure about other incidences in this episode but the tunnel part was at least semi-legit.

polecat324 im pretty sure you had a torque boost but did not know because I listen closely to the gear shift and they were hella fast and I know that a regular elegy retro custom or skyline gtr with full engine upgrades does not get up to speed that quick
In Buggs' video you can clearly see a cop to the right of the vehicle on the right at 1:42. After reviewing both povs, I noticed that in Buggs' video, the cop is sitting on the sidewalk and nothing is touching the street. So when you look at polecat's video, you can't see the cop at all, not even the wheels on the ground underneath the car, the cop was completely hidden behind that car on the right. Again, 1:42.

I think the guy who caught you on the stairs was using the map. But when you had swam all the way over to the other side of the lake, one of the cops did actually see you. Like he was passing, and then probably saw you. So the cop stopped, and saw you breaking the windows, getting in the vehicle, and taking off in high speed. You could see that the cop saw it, if you looked in the background where he was stopped.
