@@jonasplayedthat2220 Even if you got 100% on exploration it doesn't mean you cleared everything on the map. You probably still have missed many chests in mondstadt, liyue and dragon spine.

@@elysucre786 l figured it out! Basically use the tree thing next to the canon (not sure what’s it called sorry) then shock the canon with an electro user then shock the chest and it should stay there
@@emiluh wait what? I touched the electro tree then used Beidou's E on the cannon but the seelie still disappears when it get close. I'm so confused... Edit: Never mind it's a bug. All I had to do was to teleport to somewhere else, go back to the same location and the seelie will stop disappearing.
